Yeah, my hubby wanted to get a Toyota, and I LOVE Pontiacs, so this was the natural choice. I didn't like the exterior at first, but then we got inside, and I can't believe how roomy it is. Awesome. I've done some Internet research on the safety ratings and such, and so far, it looks good.

the netsky.b virus is on the prowl and i have just recieved an email which nearly had me going.
the mail was entitled:.
Yup... we got hit with that last week. Came from our University, supposedly. However, it was a little fishy when it was signed, "Cheers!" and the grammar was appalling.
... but then we actually DID get the virus when my husband opened an attachment from his boss. He was actually expecting an e-mail from him, but needless to say, that wasn't it! It was pretty easy to fix, though. I guess it's just a worm. No damage done (that we know of).

i'm doing some research for a school project and was wondering if anyone had any sources (academic, news, articles, anything "legit") discussing the relationship between a person's religion, education, and political party -- or any combination of those.
i do have the list ranking each religion's percentage of college-educated members, but i'm having a hard time finding anything linking these to political party.
I am drawing from the collected wisdom of this board, which has never let me down before! :)
I'm doing some research for a school project and was wondering if anyone had any sources (academic, news, articles, anything "legit") discussing the relationship between a person's religion, education, and political party -- or any combination of those. I do have the list ranking each religion's percentage of college-educated members, but I'm having a hard time finding anything linking these to political party. This will be more of a "systems" approach, not a linear "this causes that" type of project, so any ideas or links would be much appreciated.

Somedays I'd like to get call-block... although the telemarketer black-list has stopped all of our calls, which is nice. My sister has privacy manager, but my mom can NEVER EVER EVER remember the code (it's the kind where you HAVE to enter the code) ... it's pathetic, especially since the code the easiest thing possible to remember.
I don't think I would have the guts to actually take someone's order or reservation -- but it sure would be fun!

Oh, I know, I hate that too! Funny side note, though... sometimes when I call my mom and just say "Hello!", she says, "Who is this?" and I say... "Your daughter", and she says, "Which one?" and she means it. It's just funny because I only have one sister, and she's twenty years older than me and sounds completely different. My poor mom is getting senile, methinks!
