  Time to criticize another religion: Islam

  please understand i have nothing against islam.

  i have something against alpha muslim men.. i was walking my cute little chihuahua mix in the park the other day when darts off sniffing since i am using a retractable extension leash and i am not minding the fact that he comes up on a muslim family and gets within a foot of them.

  the paterfamilias gives me a dirty look and then says something to his wife and i can make out the word "saif" which is arabic for "sword.

  i just accepted creationism without really believing it or understanding evolution.. in high school i looked over the evolution book and never really absorbed it.. however, i did go on to college to study biotechnology and it convinced me that evolution is true...

  JWs use the house illustration or the watch.. you are walking in the desert and see a watch.. you KNOW a human created it.. therefore GOD created everything!

  The key difference between a watch and life is that watch is a mechanical object while life is made up of chemicals and DNA and DNA changes each time its replicated... the highly accurate mechanism of replication is not flawless!

  just had a CO visit last week.. he was going on and on about how the truth gets "clearer". wtf? so your initial assumption was wrong yet you called it truth... whats truth today is falsehood tomorrow... but reminded us to embrace the changes..

  he then went on to list a bunch of recent changes.. but did not touch on the overlapping generation BS. mostly about how we dont have a 2nd weeknight meeting and how you can be a pioneer with 30 hours or something stupid like that.

  i am guessing there will be lot more changes coming.. but couldnt guess what.

  i see at least 3 - 4 trollies posted in different locations in a busy train station every weekday... i have not seen a single person talk to them except for this one time a crazy homeless person was talking to them.
