  Abiather.. I believe he said that no one has witnessed this or has found the fossil evidence.. not that it will not happen..

  and saying modern monkeys and humans share a common ancestor and saying humans evolved from apes are not the same in principle.

  one common ancestor evolved into two different species due to different environmental pressures.

  Why are extraterrestrials pictured in ugly form in movies?

  yet all of them are shown in ugly form.

  why cant we depict an et more beautiful/handsome than humans.

  yes.. whenever I speak to a hindu about their beliefs, they say the real fantasy stuff was just to help an ancient people conceptualize god and the morals they were trying to instill..

  very rarely they take any of that literally.. by contrast, JWs take the entire bible literally and fail to understand that it was written for ancient people to help them grasp.. people in modern society should be able to get the point without having to take the account literally.

  there is a pbs documentary on Buddha I really liked.. I am much more intrigued by the emaciated buddha than the fat buddha we always see.. http://www.pbs.org/thebuddha/ I think you can watch the whole show on youtube also

  my 10 year old son is paying attention at the meetings

  the public talk on sunday was about evolution.. my son pointed out flaws in the speakers arguments during and after the meeting... mostly about how animals aren't able to communicate etc.

  he even brought up coco the ape that is able to communicate via sign.. i told him that i heard a ton of inconsistencies but i am afraid to say anything because your mom will get angry :).

  im glad he is paying attention.. and the school system must be doing something right..

  yeah.. the speaker was saying only humans have language.. or something like that makes us different from animals.

  I wonder why if we are not animals we eat, shlt and fcuk like them.

  i wonder how they will live during retirement.. i know most will not have a retirement and work till they die.

  i wonder if you get social security in the US.. but thats based on your income during your working years right.
