I was at the airport on Oct. 29 and Nov. 1st. I didn't get to know them very well other than by the time they cancelled the last flight it was pretty late and the USO stayed open for us to crash there for the rest of the night.
He is better off flying a regular flight. With military flights you don't always have a way to get back to where you where coming from. Also it is dependent on space available, so you could get bumped off of a flight.

You should be proud, they don't just send anybody to that type of duty.
I was stranded in the San Diego airport during the fires at the end of Oct. with a bunch of Marines that was going to DC for protection detail. We ended up sleeping on the USO floor untill we could get a flight to the east coast. Great group of guys.

They figure that the hijacker was here in the Virginia Beach area looking for targets for the mission. This area has many military bases from all of the services with the Navy having several large bases here.

well i got to watch the next to last survivor show and it was just simply.....wonderful.
i loved how those women finally stuck together.
I am glad that the women finaly voted one of the guys off. They KNEW they where lied to a million times but still went with the guys vote to vote each other off.
From what I have read elsewhere Johns lie did not get revealed during the show. It will definately make sundays show very interesting during the reunion. I think that it will be a near riot when they finaly get to confront him. I just wished the producers would have had cameras on all the contestants in there houses as they watched the show when they aired the episode when John lied to them...hehehe.

i mentioned it to some family and friends last night on my intentions and what this guy really is and they all hit the roof.
the only thing i am so annoyed about is the false feelings these idiots obviously put out to get new suckers into their clan.
they have totally lost the believer in me and anyone that puts the atchtower before love has to get their head read, or kicked in as i would like to do now.
It hurts now, but you are WAY better off in the long run. You are better off to find someone that is not still tied to that life of lies, misery and isolation.

I got my nick name in the navy. It is a character from an old christmas animation "The year without a Santa Clause".
Our ship was in the shipyards for repairs and we had to wear hard hats all of the time. I let my hair grow long becase nobody could see it when at work. Well one day I took my hat off in the shop and this is what my hair looked like.
The name stuck and I liked it. Heck I even have my own theme song with this nickname...hehehe

so far the storyline has been good.
i think that if your a scifi fan you will love this show.

Is there an Athena character. I remember that was Apollo's sister and Starbucks honey. She was HOT. Oh and what about Casseopia?
Since it is on the SciFi channel they will show it a million times. It is a miniseries, not sure how many nights it wil run. They are showing 2 episodes tonight. If you a night owle they will probably play them again starting at 11pm.
As far as I can tell I don't think I have seen Athena and Casseopia yet, don't know if they are even going to be in this series.
