  September KM - 70 alterations in Revelation Climax Book

  i can't find a thread on this subject yet - if there is one , please delete this one.. the september kingdom ministry has a 4 page insert detailing the 70 alterations in the revelation climax book which is due to be studied at the book study shortly.

  i'll provide scans if anyone is interested.. i will leave it up to more experienced analysts to examine the reasons for specific changes , but just a few brief observations for now:.

  p32 box - "they were completely exonerated" changed to "charges against them were dropped" - interesting change of terminology for the 1918 watchtower eight.

  Wouldn't the very existence of a four page insert of changes be a red flag for a discerning Witness?

  You would think so, but of the 6.6 million very few will be discerning.

  No Resurrection For Disfellowshipped?

  sorry if this has been covered already.. 1) what is the written policy about disfellowshipped ones having a resurrection?.

  2) what if the disfellowshipped one is d'd for apostasy?.

  reason i ask is an ex elder who was disfellowshipped for apostasy is very ill and may very likely die soon.

  Only Jehovah knows for sure who will be resurrected, according to WTS doctrine. For them to say they know who will or will not be resurrected is a presumption of galactic proportions. Not that that would stop them.

  so they will get ressurected...but the billions who dont know about jehovah when armageddon strikes will get destroyed...hmmm

  WTS Running Out of Money? Letter to all congregations...

  a few days ago my wife commented on a letter sent out to all congregations (in the u.s.a.?

  ) regarding donations.

  se said it was long and boaring, but in the end there where a few points she remembered.

  Surely you are aware that in 1929 "The Harp of God" written by the WTS that in that year they were still teaching Christ came in 1874! How is that for being aware of Christ presense?! I believe it wasnt untill 1943 that that teaching was done away with.

  If you want to talk about Christ's presense. Where was Christ's before 1874 or 1914; take your pic? Was he in limbo land? Where is Christ now?
