  How much sleep do you need?

  if y-all check the time stamp on a lot of my posts you will see i post very early and rather late in the day.

  i only need four to five hours of sleep unless i'm not feeling well or i really busted my butt working on a remodel.

  even when i am on holiday i like to get up early and do something!

  by the way, sleep is all in the mind. your brain tells you that you need sleep, but you relaly don't need it! its all a hoax, a lie, a scam to make you a lazy, fat bastard and to waste your time doing absolutely nothing!

  its scientifically proven that getting 8 hours of sleep helps you think of better solutions for your problems, and it also helps improve your immune system and many other things. i think thats why i'm always sick and stupid =D

  i can get by with 12 hours of sleep every 3 days. i can stay up for long periods of time, but it takes its toll. when i go to sleep, i'm usually hammered for a good 10 hours because i don't sleep for long times....

  that you are reading a lot more since exiting the borg?.

  i've had as many as five books on the go all at once - all of a spiritual nature.

  i'm currently reading the wheel of life and death by philip kapleau.. claire takes a book to bed with her every night (something i can't do - i just can't read in bed).. some of you might like fiction or biographies, etc., but i love to read anything on buddhism (although one of my books is by a christian cleric).

  i have more appreciation for what i read. when its history or something factual, i now make sure by doing my research and such before i consider it fact as well.

  about a month and a bit ago, there were rumours floating around here that 2034 or 2036 was the new wts date for armageddon.

  is this true or false?

  if true, is there a source?

  i suggest that they indirectly hinted towards it. they said that like noah's days, our last days started in 1914 (recent watchtower magazine, stupid garbage). then they said noah had 120 years to prepare. then they said we are 90 years into the 120 years. its really stupid, but thats what they said.

  i believe in a "higher power", but #1 i think humans have it all wrong, and #2, i don't believe in being a good person for a reward. i just try to be a good person and don't give a shit if i get everlasting life or heaven or not...........
