  Award Shows and Entertainment---Do You Want To Hear Political Views During A Show?

  if i watch a ball game or an awards show or some other type of entertainment, i really don't care about politics.

  i enjoy politics but there's a time and there is a place.. i think it's getting out of hand and it's getting pretty boring...but that's just my humble opinion..

  Has the Governing Body /Jehovahs witnesses ever distanced themselves from the Williams Sisters claim of Beng a JW ?

  i bring this up because of an article in the supplement of the sunday mail in victoria australia "stellar" that pregnant serena williams is a devout (ihate that word ) jehovahs witness.

  i have sent a letter to the editor about it ,i wonder if it gets published.. has the wt ever distanced themselves from the claims that serena herself has claimed to be a witness ?

  when accepting a win in one of her succesful matches ?.

  The Williams sisters WERE NEVER BAPTIZED.

  Anyone can claim to be part of any religion.

  There's nothing the WT can do wrt to what they say or do. There's no double standard here. You could definitely make a case for a double standard in Prince's case but not the Williams sisters.

  JW parents do force their kids to follow their faith.

  I remember my dad gave a talk about child rearing and he straight up said you can require your kids to join the school or enroll as unbaptized publishers.

  Short term? Consolidating congregations, selling halls.

  Long term? I think eventually their printing needs will be small enough where it will be cheaper to outsource it. That would allow them to shutdown their printing, binding, shipping operations. In turn that pretty much eliminates any need for a facility at WT Farms. I'm not sure how much of their food is produced by the Farm but as the family shrinks, that also becomes unnecessary. I could even see them eliminating food services totally and have people make their own food.

  Once they shut down printing and shipping, it's going to create a domino effect.

  Hell, they could even eliminate a need for Patterson too. Why have all these schools when they can just do them via video conferencing or something like that. Move art, legal, and the AV stuff to Warwick and they can flip Patterson too.
