Understood. Good legal advice. But is that your adjudication? I think that what he did was morally wrong and unethical. I do not get to decide legal. Honestly, let alone your reasons for being angry with the WTS, If I sent you a PM, would you publish it without my permission? Is what Morpheus did proper?

I've read enough of your postings here to have this opinion: I don't care if you trust or do not me to arbitrate anything. And, if it matters at all, it is comical that you ascribe arbitration to what I've shared.

Can you please show me when I have initiated jeering and retaliation? Other than responding to insults, show me when I have not shown kindness and respect? Did I not show honesty when I retracted a statement I made to Morpheus in another thread in spite of all his insults he made prior to my retraction. When have I ever resorted to insults to divert attention from a discussion, please show me. But if a poster dishes it out, is it not proper to answer such with his own device. Do you want me to allow posters to step all over me? I have never been dishonest on any thread nor have I ever tried to win an argument by being misleading, or diversions with insults for the sake of winning. Yes I have done less. Now, you look in the mirror. What do you see Marvin? You misrepresent my character by referring to me as a jeering and retaliating individual. Try reading the posts directed to me first, and then read my responses to the insults.. You hardly qualify to give advise on jeering and retaliation in connection with anything WTS also besides the reasons that I have posted previously about you publishing private documents. Your opinions cannot be respected as impartial because you are an advocate here. And Morpheus is one of your cheerleaders.

I've not included the sender's identity on these occasions because sometime folks have ideas of what they consider private
I'll add that there is an argument that if someone entrusts something to us they are also entrusting us to do with it as we see fit unless told otherwise
In this case it appears to me you acted responsible with what was given to you. Then the sender does, in my opinion, overreact as though you've broken a trust.

Marvin, I think that there is color in your thinking. And I know why. It is because you broadcast WT private documents on your blog and on this Forum without permission from the WT, so in my opinion, it is a trifle for you when someone publishes a PM, and that is why you advise such publisher that they acted responsibly. It is axiomatic that you are not an impartial arbitrator on this subject matter. In my opinion, neither can you be trusted to arbitrate with any objectivity whatsoever anything relating to privacy in connection with the WTS.

Regarding your view on my overreacting, you did not make it clear to what. There are 2 issues, broadcasting my PM and making fun of my screen name. I objected to Morpheus referring to me, and thus inciting others to refer to me by variations of my screen name. That is not proper. You did not consider that in your verdict.

Regarding my objection to Morpheus making my PM public, evidently, some have concluded that I am in B now or in the past because of the questions in my PM. However, if that is the case, I certainly am qualified to disagree with Morpheus on other threads involving B policy even though he claims in an above post to you that I called him a liar. If you read the posts that he refers to, you will see that he is a dick. In that related post on a thread involving ex bethelites, he first resorts to remarks, and then in another post he agrees with me.

Albeit, retaliation and vindictiveness is not a proper motive for disclosing a PM. I have defeated Morpheus in debates on other threads and because I have silenced him,he is angry and resorts to, not only to publishing my PM, but connecting it to me, and mockingly doing so, referring to me as fisherperson instead of my screen name in connection with my PM.

I do not think, that it is the responsible thing to do, to lash out at someone, in retaliation, by disclosing a private written message, to get back at ( the belief of) being called a liar. I can certainly understand disclosing PM in good faith and with no harm intended. But Morpheus has done this jeeringly and he himself has stated that his reasons are retaliatory. But you encourage him to be like you. And advise him that he acted responsibly.

What's the big deal about answering your questions in public. There's noting personal about you. A violation of privacy, maybe, but a great public service, especially for those who don't know the culture at Bethel. This mild violation is well worth the results- Dick Head..

Do you object if your private communication with someone, or PM, that you deem private be made public without your permission? And after it is made public, having the public tell you that it is not up to you to decide what is private. And then have to listen to the public tell you that what you consider private is not private and you do not have the right to decide what is private because they feel that the information that you deemed private is an interesting topic. What do you think? And on top of that, the person that violated your privacy shows by his action and by mocking you and your screen name publicly that his intentions were deliberate and malicious.What do yo think? If you can think, you would never trust such a person again with anything at all, let alone something confidential.

Sure you do. You throw a rock and then hide your hand. Your analysis of me and of this thread shows that you have concluded High School--So much for your conclusions. You only consider what I say as you see it. But you have not objected to others not referring to me by my screen name. And, you show no consideration to my objection to the posting of a PM. And then you judge me, and post other things about me as If I did something wrong here by responding to posts about me that I find insulting, and then you tell me to treat others using the same standards. And you take it upon yourself to post here without my permission what I have written in my profile to divert attention from my objections, and you focus on what you think about my posts on this Forum on your post about me, and not on how wrong it is for a PM to be made public and making fun of my screen name. And you blame me. You are wrong.
