"The G.B. is neither inspired nor infallible"
by smiddy inthat admission in the feb.17 ,study edition of the watchtower , " who is leading gods people today ?
" "the governing body is neither inspired, nor infallible, therefore it (they/we) can err in doctrinal matters or in organizational direction .".
have the many jehovahs witnesses past and present who have lost their lives by refusing blood transfusions due to the prohibition on blood tranfusions by jehovahs witnesses really got the sense of this statement ?.

Nobody, including the majority of JW's even thinks about it anymore.-TD
I forgot to say, others don't think about it, but how could you possibly forget the memory of your loved one.

Was it Adam who altered his own DNA so that sicknesses & consequent death would be passed on to his offspring?
by deegee inthe blame for mankind's sicknesses/diseases and consequent death has been placed squarely on the shoulders of adam:.
romans 5:12, 17 - 19:"therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned—for if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man.......consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people........for just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners........".
1 corinthians 15: 21, 22:"for since death came through a man........... for as in adam all die.......".

When a person commits suicide, what is the proximate cause of death, the instrument, the person, or God who made the person mortal?

POI, you are one of the coolest dudes on this Forum. Characters like you are usually JW lifers -Seems to me that something must have hurt you seriously hard to leave JW, (in your case that is).

The GB may have said in the past they are infallible but that doesn't reference doctrines...
never said "we can make mistakes"
You got it! And that is exactly what I posted in a previous thread.
The words "not infallibly" are buffered words that have no forceful impact on the mind. The word fallible means mistake error and the wt has been saying this all along using the words not infallible and imperfect. And linking them with TIMING. IN the referenced article the wt spells it out with no buffers and links it to doctrines
"Doctrinal changes ahead" I get the same impression and maybe I know a little more than you about it.
105 years of invisible rule?!!!!!!!! How about 300? Something must give within the next year or so, like the great tribulation or the wt doctrine of generation will not make sense. (ONly one example)

Verifiable proof can be measured by yourself and others not subject to the senses.

So what happens when said verifiable science directly contradicts virtually every possible interpretation you could come up with?
What you mean to say is: What if verifiable science could directly contradict virtually every possible interpretation you could come up with? That is a hypothesis.
What if God communicated WITH YOU PERSONALLY in some way congruent to how the Bible says He did with Moses?
