  OC, when I first saw the number, I was astounded and at first considered that there must be some error but I did not conclude that WT was lying, I just could not understand how could that number be so. But then I figured that not every case that is heard by said Court needs to be a major case, the Court having the subject matter to hear so many such related cases and so figured that the number was probable.

  How do JW's determine a person is anointed?

  i've always wondered about this.

  when a person believes they made a spiritual connection with god and proclaims themselves as anointed, how do they determine whether this person is anointed or not.

  does a group of elders look at the person's spiritual resume and check off the person's pioneer stats, bible knowledge, attendance, work ethic, personality, etc and then believe in the person if they have a good track record?

  About the structural integrity of the buildings that are going up in Kings county, in case of earthquake run away from these buildings made with cement instead of steel beams. The bridge with the Polish name is also being built with cement or concrete except for the steel cables holding up the roadway. I suppose it is much cheaper and the builders aren't banking on or expecting any disasters to theses structures.
