  i was pondering the recent influx of lawsuits against wt, specifically in regards to the child abuse cases (ie.

  conti, fessler, lopez, etc).. in each of these, wt has settled for an "undisclosed" amount, assumed to be in the millions of dollars each.

  i know there are many many more cases, subject for a different thread i'm sure.. i was reading something completely unrelated a while back that mentioned the dangers of settlement agreements for a large corporation or business (not just wt).

  The subject matter of this thread is "settlements" as it relates to watchtower's legal court settlements. That is the context of my posts on this thread before you trolled* me, taking the thread off topic.

  I hope it helps their victims find peace and makes changes in the organization, however unlikely. dubstepped

  If you are refering to wt court settlements, how do such settlements establish that Plaintiffs vs wt are victims of wt?

  That is true. The ARC is not a court of law.

  "This report contains the Royal Commission’s final recommendations on Working with Children Checks. This report addresses...."

  Courts of law determine what are the facts and what is just and proper. It is the business of the Courts to administer justice. And in the US, a judge or Court is impartial and hears both sides of the story before it decides.
