North Korea has said in public statements that it wants an official end to the Korean War. The conflict was halted by a 1953 armistice but no peace treaty has been signed. It also wants nothing short of full normalization of relations with the U.S. and to be treated with respect and as an equal in the global arena.

Sanctions against countries that do business with NK will hurt US consumers and businesses that do business with such countries - and it won't work. Such strategy is to force the NK regime to collapse or a turning on KJU, but China said that they will not let that happen.
KJU is a smart guy and he probably won't do atmospheric nuclear testing, but if he does, the radiation will spread and could cause cancer to people. Anyway, it will be too late after he does it. Off Topic, the US blew up a mosque in Syria, killing men, women and children, breaking international law.

I've seen in print that god views them as dead.
If they were dead they could not repent and come back. The WT uses the example in the Bible back in the Apostles day of the man who was having sex with his fathers wife or something like that and had to be df but later repented and taken back. But the wt does not give up hope that the prodigal son someday will come to his senses. At least that is how I feel about it. There is not hate, only pain. Remember how King David felt when his son Absalom turned on him - no hate, only pain.

I don't remember if it was the towers elevator or another building. There were a lot of people in the elevator and brother Chitty was in the elevator. Anyway, the elevator stopped at a floor and a brother thought that Chitty got out, so he said: "There goes Chitty Chitty Bang Bang." And as far as I know NK never signed any agreement to be legally under the jurisdiction of the international body that forbids nuclear underground testing.
All the rhetoric is not going to cause any war. All KJU wants to do is to test and build nuclear missiles for defense -with or without rhetoric ( and get publicity) -He doesn't want to wind up like Saddam Hussein. But, at least for the immediate present KJU is not going to attack the US -with or without rhetoric. Rhetoric is not a factor for KJU.
