A couple of cases that come to mind:
A child is in intensive care. Doctors decide that the child will need blood. JW parents ask the doctor to try non-blood first. Doctors refuse. No sooner than the doctors pump blood, the child dies.
A JW man is in the hospital and the doctor tells him that he needs a blood transfusion or he is going to die. (The man has had the same problem before and doctors give him a ferrous compound IV and he pulls through) Man asks for the ferrous compound and doctors refuse --and go on and on telling the man to take the blood or die. Then the man's loved one comes into the room and doctors kick everybody JW out. Man's loved one is not JW. Doctors tell the loved one to just say the word and the man will get the blood inspite of the blood card. Loved one instructs the doctor to follow the man's wishes. Doctors refuse and meanwhile the man's condition is getting worse. Finally, the doctor agrees to administer the ferrous compound, the man's condition improves to the point where he pulls through and is sent home.

continue to ask the physician not to transfuse and to urge that no blood alternative treatments be utilized.
How does doing this: "continue to defy the law " and "Disobey court orders."
This court case in Mexico is entirely scripted and directed by the WTS/Org.
Are you accusing the Court in this case?

Yes - but many cases have ended up in court with deaths of JW children
Court rulings sometimes results in the death or harming of people. -But they have the power and authority and enjoy immunity and have the final say. --And the rule is to transfuse. What do you want to do, use violence to overturn Roe vs Wade? ( So much concern about JW children!)

What has Satan suffered all these thousands of years in comparison to what humans have suffered and are still suffering ?
If God is anything like us, it must be very painful for Him to endure not only human suffering but a traitor of a son whom He loved and trusted and must be destroyed. God is so good and holy that when he created living things, he never imagined-it was unthinkable-that things could ever be like this -given the Bible.

Parent's legal rights -- I try to understand and I'd want the same but......
Thats why it's in Court.

still don't understand the ruling since it's a child and risking alternative treatment.
The Court must factor in the parent's legal rights to make medical decisions for the child and religious rights too to some degree that does not cause harm to the child.

What the Mexican High Court is not going to do is to let the child die for the religious reasons of his parents versus medical treatment using blood.
In a medical emergency where a child requires an immediate blood transfusion with no other options available, the child would get the BT because a parent cannot choose martyrdom for a child. The child would become a ward of the state or of some appointed guardianship who would look out for the best interests of the child using blood to try to save the child's life against the parent's religious wishes.
In this particular case, it looks like Mexico is going to let the parents try non-blood first but if doesn't work doctors will use blood -but maybe it will work.

A God that cares.
If God does not exist -or a god that does not care- believing in him doesn't change things. If he does exist, then he must care and if he cares he must prove that he cares. If he proves that he cares then proof of God exists and belief in his existence is elementary. Therefore, if God exists, then he must communicate somehow with each individual human or at least try to communicate.
