they again spoke fairly calmly
It is not words that people fear. With a climate of crazy people going around shooting these days, an innocent person cannot predict what a person disrupting church services is going to do next.

several people speak out.
if some one can put a link on here that would be awesome, i can’t figure out how to do it with an i phone.

It is not only that disrupting church services, peaceful assembly is not fair and proper but also how innocent people attending the services are going to react and be affected. The intrusion startles people and with all the crazy people going around shooting, people don't know what to expect from the intruders. The intruders may know that all they want is to have their say but someone attending the services don't know that and could panic and fear for their life resulting in the intruders actually harming innocent people. A close up of the vid shows an elderly man that does not seem to be an elder, asking for the name of one of the intruders. The elderly man did not appear to be an elder of the congregation but seemed emotionally affected-suppose he then died from a heart attack-and who knows how many other people were were also affected. A reasonable person does not go inside a church and disrupt religious services, emotional people do. Such action could cause harm to innocent people and also puts the life of the intruder in danger, anything can happen.--Very irresponsible.
because he was shunned by his customers?.
I speculate that Respondent's attorney persuaded the majority of the justices to have a trial Court review the "proceedure" JC's follow and ultimately impose a standard of natural justice and require JC to follow its own rules.
40 years or so ago, it was an open an shut case in favor of religious freedom but not today; there is a different ambience in the Courts towards religion.

John Davis, you have joined the ranks of the few most respected, contributory and valueable poster here with Marvin Shilmer, TD, Slimboyfat and a few others. Your posts are very informative and wealth of legal education and legal information.
one of my jw sons seems to be putting pressure on his non-jw brother apparently to scare him into accepting the troof and start coming to meetings.
wild statements like our topic title, which i know are not supported at jw dot org, have been made to my non-jw son several times over the past year or so.
while i haven't been privy to the actual phone conversations i tend to believe that the jw son is being pressured by the local elders to cut ties with the non-jw since their conversations seem to degrade into arguments -- therefore tending to weaken the jws faith in wt teachings.. either my jw son is lying about what i would call rogue teachings (and this would disappoint me greatly) or he is in some close knit clique in his congregation which has secretly chosen to go rogue on certain wt issues.. based on many of the recent posts here about drastic money and wt organization problems this could be a sign of pending splits of certain congregation members.. what do you think?
A change empirically coming from God that will impact everyone on the planet = "the end will come.."
This won't give JW any more faith-not an iota more-than they already have but it will convince them that the end finally is occurring.

Talk and speculation and excitement but who wants to leave to start another religion? For what? Core JW have expectations and hope that the end will come in their lifetime and they have the mind frame that they will stick with wt whether or not the end comes. Changing things around doctrinally and saying that the GT is here or there or that it began 20 year ago or whatever does not change a thing. Babylon the Great must be attacked or some supernatural event or realization by hardcore atheists must occur: A change empirically coming from God that will impact everyone on the planet = "the end will come.." In the meantime, people are still dying and human suffering continues......

the picture is not appropriate at all and suggestive.

christian legal fellowship (clf) seems to have a new member.
the jehovah’s witnesses aka the watchtower.the membership list does not seem to be public, but i am sure that with enough inquiries from the public -that clog the arteries of their email server- we can get at the truth.just like the watchtower affiliation with the un, it seems now the watchtower has affiliated with trinitarians.the clf brings legal action on behalf of the tower.. .

The point is that the Court decision will affect the legal interests on the intervenor whether they are bedfellows or not with one of the litigants. Being bedfellows is a seperate issue and being an intervenor does not make such a bedfellow to one of the parties.
The Moslems Association lawyer, an amicus curiae at this related Appeal made the statement that the church uses a cloak as a front to disguise what they are really about, or something to that effect, Mr Gnam though, addressed that statement refuting it and stating that it was very offensive -not a bedfellowish things to say about each other. It is about the Court decision and not about the relationship between the parties, everyone can hang as far as anyone cares --after the favorable legal decision is rendered. It does not seem proper though if JW joined in with BTG to achieve a common interest, but that ain't what they are doing here. They didn't join forces sort of speak to get the Court decision passed.
