the unique circumstances of the lockdown and stimulus checks has highlighted these differences in stark ways.. on one hand, you have jumps in sales and valuation of companies like foot locker and nike, as people spend their "free" government money on sneakers.

Investment comes with a risk. The middle class doesn’t understands how investment works or even how or where to invest, or the middle class may not want to take the risk and feel it safer to save but given the opportunity, they may invest. But even when they do, most will never get rich. Sure, the investment can make people more money but not tons of it because you need to know what your are doing, it is risky and it ain’t easy. Regarding the poor, they live for today and it is easy to spend free money on 500 dollar sneakers made in Asia. That is the nature of the beast and why the poor will always be poor. Even with opportunities, they choose the life from hand to mouth because that is the way some people are. The rich have extra money and can afford to take a chance on investment or they just have extra money that they put to work for them whereas the middle class doesn’t have all that extra money that they can dedicate to investment. But everything considered it depends on the type of individual whether they have that drive to invest.

It is true that “Aid to Bible Understanding” aka the aid book published in 1969 by WT stated ( my copy still does) that Eve gave birth to Seth at the age of 130. It also states on page 333 that Seth was born 130 years after the creation of Adam. What can the JW reader conclude about 1975 when comparing these 2 articles? Another variable in the 1975 equation though, is what the Scriptures Inspired book said about the uncertainty of the date of the creation of Eve, therefore, possibly extending 1975. ( Today, 1975 is stated in the Insight book as 6,000 years from the creation of Adam and it also states that Seth was born 130 years after the creation of Adam.

Keep in mind that 1975 as the start of the Millennium is based on the premise that the 7th Creative Day is 7000 years in length. Back then the WT taught that each creative day is 7000 years in length so the age of universe would only be about 48,000 years old but today the Insight Book offers a different theory.

It was business as usual for the WT as 1975 approached and went although in the midst of that, wt literature showed that the Millennium would start circa 1975 but wt literature did not SAY that the “end” would come in 1975.

Today, because science has evidently falsified the belief that the universe or the earth is 48,000 years old as the case may be (here is the history of the heavens and the earth), also affects the belief that the 7th creative day with the Millennium is 7000 years long although it is still very logical to believe it is even though the other creative days may be billions.

That Eve was created and God's sabbath began less than a year after Adam's creation.

According to JW back then, the sixth creative day ended after the creation of Eve but because the Bible does not say when Eve was created, at first it was believed that Adam and Eve were created very close together so 1975 was the awaited date for something to happen. Later it was believed that Eve must have been created some years later after Adam and everyone waited for Eve to be created. What WT did in the publications back then was to show how it was logical for the Millennium to start 1000 years before the end of the 7th creative day. Everything added up and made sense although the publications did not actually declare that the end would come in 1975 but JW came to that conclusion from reading the printed information and it was believed by all although not actually stated in print. However, the faith of the JW about the Millennium does not rest upon whether or not its date can be extrapolated by WT. They still believe it will come.

Doesn’t seem wt is implying that the test occurs during the 1000 years before it ends because the other teachings I mentioned before qualify what they mean. Need to look at the base text that is translated from to see why they choose to use the words they do.

It might, it could. But they didn't say.

It would be dishonest to make this claim. Like asking: “What does 6000+1000=?7000, right?” Then proving it, then saying they never said the answer is 7000.

final test happens "at the end of the 1000 years" not after the count past 1000 is ended.

The teaching is clearly after the 1000 years: Millenium is over, Jesus turns over the kingdom to God, God is all things to all, humans are perfect just like Adam, final test with perfect humans just like with perfect Adam and Eve. —That has always been the teaching.

there will no more mess to be dealt with.

That is a different issue to be dealt with because the Messianic Kingdom and the Millennium only address the consequences of the sin of Adam and Eve.

There seems to be no prophecy in the Scriptures that the ransom covers the fetuses of pregnant rebellious females after the 1000 years —if there is even procreation whatsoever during or after the 1000 years before this test.

If I recall, JW teaching in the yellow Kingdom of 1000 years book published in the 1970s, the final test occurs after mankind becomes perfect, so that would be after the Millennium.

Insight Book still shows 1975 as 6000 years after the creation of Adam and 4026 the year of Adam’s creation. However the belief that each creative yom is 7000 years in length has changed.
