bonafide, The wts is not going to do what you want just because you think your way is best. I happen to agree with you. I think that it is best to have the DFB just incase. If an event occurs, Call 911 and at the same time get the device to the patient and if 911 gets there first then let them do what they have to but if not then I feel that the device could be a life saver. There are some isues though. DFB should only be used on someone that needs it. ONly a doctor can diagnose disease and treat it. You may be able to operate the machine, but do you know if an unconcious person needs defibrilation or does he have another illness?
THe answers you were given though are ridiculous. Anyway, if you habe been around the wts for a while, you would know that decisions are made by the hierarchy and they are not open to suggestions without your spirtuality being challenged.
The only time suggestions or changing made decions work is in the field when YOU are taking the lead, then everyone does what ever they want regardles of what you say or want.

Given: Bible is the inspired Word of God
then:
I do not believe that "Jews"( members of Judaism) have anything to do whatsoever with modern day Bible fulfilment. I do not think that God uses Jews as a nation anymore. I do not think that Jews are God's people anymore. I think that God now deals with Christians and they are God's special people.

Resurrection Hope - People in the Future who think they have lived before
by VM44 inaccording to the watchtower, a resurrected being is a body that has placed within it the memories and attributes of a person who had lived before.. the "life force" is transferred to the body to bring it alive.
also according to the watchtower, the "life force" is impersonal and contains no personality.
it is like electricity in that it is an actuating force.. ok, so in the future there will be billions of people with memories of having lived on the earth.

Jesus, lazarus and others are examples.
What is harder for God to do (Given that he is the creator) to create life or to resurrect the dead?
Really, without argument the Bible teaches resurrection of the person. It would hardly be the person if his memory or personality was not their own when resurrected.

Judaism for the most part does not question that "Jesu" was a historical person. Josephus and other sourses and writtings (Toledo Yeshu) proclaim that he existed.
Judaism rejects Jesus because of his claiming to be THE SON OF GOD and because they do not believd that he was the Messiah because modern Judaism does not belived that there is any need for the messiah to hvae to come again. When he comes ,that is it. Judaism teaches that the Messiah is a human being not from heaven.
The Nt challenges all of that and so does the Christological perspective of the OT. It is a matter of fact that Jesus existed and jews and everyone on the Planet earth is foreced to accept that every time they write the year of our modern era based on Jesus' birth, like it or not.
Toledo Yeshu, a jewish litterary work, attributes Jesus miracles to misuse of the divine name.
All this considered, Jesus said he would return according to what is written in the NT and the Christtian esplanation of the verses in the OT relating to the Messiah comming siiting on a ass and comming in the clouds of heaven, meaning that the messiah would have to come 2x to "fulfill" the verses.
I am not teaching here, only relating information that is stated.

Not difficult ot understand reallly, especially to ones that have lost loved ones. The resurrection of the dead is not a wts teaching. It is a biblical teaching. I nurture the hope of seeing loved ones again. Jesus supported this teaching not only by ressurecting the dead but also by what he said and taught about what the dead knew and said after being resurrected and other verses discussing the topic.
So again, the point is that it is not a wts fabrication It is hope founded in what the bible says rgardless of the wts.
