Fact simply means something that can be measured or if you take a hammer and strike a rock. NO question of it being real. In terms of learning evolution as a working system, anyone is qualified to do so. I suppose that any reasonable jury can listen to evidence and conclude from solid evidence -given that the evidence is true- but they just do not know for a fact. Have you measured that humans were not human until they evolved? Do you know that humanity is a product of evolution? What makes you qualified to know that evolution is the case?

I do not feel qualified to analyze evolution and decide if that is the case based on the presented evidence.The evidence shown in support of evolution is very persuasive to me but I just do not know. I have concluded in a loving creator that fights for those that he loves, to me, that is a fact and even if evolution turned out to be the case it would not change what I know is a fact.

Is the statement "God created life" testable? How would you or anyone else go about testing that statement? Is there any supporting evidence?
Not scientific physical evidence of the kind that can be shown -but nevertheless, remarkable, solid, striking, convincing evidence that can be measured by an individual. Without such evidence a person just does not know for sure.

I do not think that it is possible to disprove evolution. Anything seeming not to conform to evolution can be shown to reconcile some way, and even if it can't, that doesn't invalidate evolution, it only means that aspect of the evolutionary process is not understood. So, I think that it is a waste of time to attempt to invalidate evolution. It is not known for sure if evolution is the case even though it is widely viewed as a fact from the position that it is believed that the degree of evolution not being the case is almost null. From my experience it is hilarious watching amateurs proving or disproving it. They just do not know. You can sit in a classroom and learn it or in a court room and be convinced -but you were not there and did not see what happened. If you can measure evolution, case closed. But you can't, you are required to believe that it is a fact.

Where does the Bible say that "God" did not create life to evolve? DD
DD, JW concede that life changed ("evolved" ) but only within its "kind", and also rule out macro evolution. JW aslo teach that "evolution" is a conclusion or as cofty referred to it as "my belief." For your reference,"Coded Logic" posted on a previous thread a list of scientific institutes (an overwhelming amount of believers in that list) that accept evolution as an indisputable fact.

There are no holes in facts and if evolution were a fact, the OP is nonsense. I think that is what Outlaw meant to say. From Outlaw's position, Outlaw's "mockery" is valid and cofty's entertaining any validating that the earth is not a sphere is hilarious.
I always try to seek out the best arguments against my beliefs
Facts do not need a following -only an instrument.

every cell in your body contains a big book of how to build another you.. although it's approximately 3 billion letters long only a small fraction of it contains instructions on making humans.. imagine trying to use a workshop manual but it reads like somebody messed up at the publishers.

there are a few paragraphs of meaningful text followed by pages of gibberish, another page or so of useful instructions then 9 more of random words.

some of it looks like copies of original text but full of typing errors.
