Proof that God exists does not depend upon the evidence, but on the rules of evidence, and ultimately upon who is trying the case -who has the final say.

Pro Gun Florida mom shot by 4 year old son

Another option is to disarm the whole country and make it a capital offense to to own a gun same as they did in counties like Cuba and Haiti and only the army is allowed to have guns. That works great too but it depends on what you want to accomplish. It dont think it will ever happen because guns are big business (ATF) Alcohol, Tobaco and Firearms taxes... But as long as guns are available for some and not others and criminals can get their hands on guns as they always have a person is a sitting duck in his house if somene breaks in.

It seems to me that pretty much sums up your spirit on this Forum. All of your posts to others that disagree with you are tainted with disrespect so you should expect the same to you.

You understand nothing. Your posts smell of a dishonest jerk that always believes he understands more than everybody else.

I don't believe that Outlaw is petty minded, seems to me that he can think correctly. He proved that in his post commenting about your posts. I think that he hit the nail right on the head as other posters also concurred. It makes zero difference (to plagiarize Data Dog's phrase) whether or not he got somebody else to take a look at your posts to backup what he suspected. The only thing that matters is his view and I read a lot of posts on this thread that agree with Outlaw; to quote one poster, he refers to you as "the fact police," and you go around correcting poster's grammar and English officiously. I say mind your own business and concern yourself with supporting your weak position when you are challenged instead of telling everybody how to write as if everyone has all the free time like you to use a different word processor and proof read, edit, restructure sentences, commas, etc. Who cares but you?. Worry about defending your position and not telling others how stupid their position is because you are not able to undermine it -and stop being so meddlesome.

Wow! I also read somewhere that too that Jesus was not really Jewish but gypsy, american indian, black, hispanic, Irish and that is probably why he did not like Jewish bread. I also read somewhere that they had pizza for passover and that is where pizza originated from (the round one not the square one)

Being criticised for my writing skills by you and Fishy is a compliment.

If you believe that Outlaw complimented you directly or indirectly in his previous post directed to you, you did not understand what Outlaw meant. All that Outlaw meant to say is that all of your posts are too wordy and he detected something artificial in your posts: pretentiousness, pretending to be literary, he did not know what to make of it so he asked someone that knows something about writing in the English language: "What in the world is this man saying !" -not that anything that you write requires anyone with more than a High School diploma or less to assess. If you think that Outlaw was complimenting you because he needed someone evaluate what you wrote:"You are not reading! -Marvin Shilmer

If you feel that that referring to your writing as substandard to standard is a complement, you have a poor self estimate. And if you feel that the use of the term Writing "Skills" referring to your writing implies anything more than basic, you fail to understand that even a child has skills. And if you feel that giving your writing any analytical attention whatsoever is and indirect compliment from a captive audience that cannot ignore it plastered all over this Forum and would not even glance at it anywhere else but on this Forum related to JW, you do not realize that it is not a compliment.

On the other hand, the substance of what you say is not invalidated by how you say it and by how others feel about how you express your views. The only thing that is valid or invalid are your views.

It is clear that Outlaw has made his color about you very clear. What other views he chooses to concentrate on and post about does not depend on you.

It is a waste of time responding to your color. I may decide to respond to your conclsuions about evolution in your thread.

I read in the news about more people getting killed by cars than with guns and recently a lot of stabbings and tobacco and drugs.. I am not a statistics man but it seems to me that in places where everyone has guns means a balance of power hence less crime, ok, people go crazy and go on a rampage occassionanly but if these carzy people knew that they were walking to a place where everone was armed they would not be so crazy, but statiustically speaking even with such tragedies the overall violent crimes are down in comparsion to states where only criminals have guns. More people get killed with illegal guns by criminials than with legal guns by criminals. I dunno. What are the stats?

It is insanity! The streets are filled with armed criminals but decent people are not allowed to own gun because they are illegal and they are dangerous. Maybe I am not seeing things right but I wonder how many of these crazy people that are going around cutting peoples faces in New York city would actually think and not be so crazy if they knew that the person they planned to stab could pull out a gun and shoot them. Crazy people will do crazy things with or without guns being legal and careless people will always endanger the lives of others and criminals will likely choose an easy target but at least give a decent person a fighting chance.

If there is any irony at all in this election, trump will win.

But no matter who gets elected will have to fall into place and kept in place with checks and balances. It is about steering the ship and signing the pay checks. Anyone can do that. About steering the ship in the right direction depends on who the president chooses to listen to. Depending on who gets elected will favor his friends and his agendas with the power that he does have not regulated by checks and balances. There are some bad decisions that a president can make though that can hurt the country and hasten the sinking of the titanic. One example: The Obama government implemented laws that affected commerce. On the one hand the laws were drafted to benefit the American people because the laws purported to make US safer but on the other hand they burdened trade tediously making it more difficult for business resulting in much higher prices -and the American people pays the price. Before Obama care, when you went to a hospital in the US they pulled a gun on you and they demanded your house all of your money and any property you have PLUS they got money from the government -after they treated you of course. After Obama, doctors are not happy hospitals are not happy because they cannot squeeze people anymore -so they make less money. Less money less incentive. What is more important your money or your life?" If you cut down my percentage it might interfere with my aim" -Clint Eastwood aka "Blondie"

Cant squeeze the American people anymore for money because they don't have it and A LOT of Americans need welfare, medicaid, housing help just to live on. USA is changed to socialist Religions are loaded and they have a lot of $$ and expensive property and so does big business. Interesting to watch what the next president deploys.Can't raise INCOME taxes but raise fines and licenses and fees and tobacco and alcohol and import duties. If gov favors big business products are cheaper to produce and more affordable but they will still squeeze as much as they can in price from the consumer albeit, prices will be cheaper. If gov squeezes big business, prices will soar and businesses will be forced to close. I am just waiting to see what happens.

People vote for the image and the talk but when the President gets elected, he does whatever he wants to do and not what he said he would do before he got elected. I do not think that the Caucases truly represent the votes of the state. I think that they are rigged. Just my view, my opinion only. I do not endorse anyone. Just how I see things. I know nothing at all about poltics.
