THIS Is How Muslim Mother “Fixes” Rape Of 2-Year-Old Granddaughter By Grandfather
by Hecce insaw this dated 2/26/2017, seems to be from 12/2015.. .
even in a religious culture that advocates the murder of victims as honorable, fathers and brothers are typically the perpetrators of horrific violence against female family members whose only crime was to be the victim of another, the killing of a child by its mother stands out as particularly unnatural and depraved.such a heinous act occurred recently in sohag, egypt when a mother of a two-year-old child took the life of her child rather than protect it from violent sexual assault by its own grandfather.. a muslim mother identified only as “merfat” was awakened by screams in the middle of the night and found her father, faraj, in the act of raping her daughter.. .
rather than acting out of a natural, protective instinct, the 23-year-old mother chose to shield her father from scandal as taught by muslim theology and sharia law.. merfat told authorities that she took her daughter, little grace ahmed, from the grandfather, placed her in a tub and held her head under water until the child drown.. alik akhmim, chief detective of the police in sohag told egyptian reporters that “traces of blood” had been found in the little girl’s anus, evidencing the degree of force and injury the child endured at the hands of her mother’s father.. this kind of act is referred to as an “honor killing” thought to place the reputation of the family above that of any individual member, and which is used to punish the victim rather than hold the perpetrator accountable.. murdering rape victims is common in countries and communities that adhere to sharia law where the crime is rarely reported for fear of exposing the family to shame.. “honor killing” is no longer limited to predominantly muslim countries or the middle east.

Judge sanctions WTS - $4k per day penalty for not producing sex abuse documents
by Simon injudge sanctions jehovah's witnesses.
imposes $4000-a-day penalty for not producing documents in sex-abuse case.
by dorian hargrove, june 24, 2016. a san diego superior court judge has ordered the church of jehovah's witnesses, also known as the watchtower bible and tract society of pennsylvania, to pay $4000 a day for every day that it fails to produce documents requested in a civil lawsuit brought by former parishioner, osbaldo padron, who claims a church elder sexually abused him when he was seven years old.. in a june 23 ruling, expected to be made final today, judge richard strauss admonished the church for willfully ignoring a court order to produce all documents associated with a 1997 body of elders letter that church leaders sent to parishes around the world in a quest to learn about sexual abuse of children by church leaders.. over the course of the past year, the watchtower society and its lawyers have fought hard to keep the letter confidential, claiming that turning over the documents would infringe on the privacy of those mentioned in the letter that were not associated with the case.. in march 2015, the church turned over a heavily redacted version of the letter.

The Elders who gave evidence were not charged for failing in their duty of care and protection of children by not reporting dangers of a sexual nature to ninors once they knew about it ?
Smidd, have you not read legislation posted by Richard Oliver? Read legislation.
I have stopped counting how many times Richard Oliver posted, that in the Conti case, the Appeals Court ruled that WT has no duty to warn and protect. Conti did not appeal to a higher Court.
Richard Oliver, many thanks for the valuable information that you post. I don't think that people here realize that you are not posting your feelings about the cases, you post legal opinions and legislation and facts -- not feelings.
And what I mean by legal opinions, I don't mean the opinions of the advocates.

the term 'theological warfare'
First time I have heard the term stated above. Why do you accuse wt lawyer of lying? Except for wt lawyers which are not liars, lawyers and liars sound the same.Wt lawyers are not liars. And what do you know about truth?

Violating state mandatory child abuse reporting law is a crime or a violation of said statute. Can you cite one case filed against the WT in the US where wt was found guilty of violating a mandatory child abuse reporting statute as you are suggesting below that wt may be guilty of?
Of course those are difficult to find. The Watchtower settles all of them before the court can make a judgement on the case!
I never said anything about these having to be criminal cases and neither did you.
Who is off track?

Again, that is not true. Criminal cases are prosecuted and cannot be settled out of Court. You should know this by now.

The Fessler Case could be of some interest.
Any case can be found interesting but the case that you cite is a civil case and not criminal; wt was not prosecuted; and neither was wt found legally liable of anything in the case that you cite. You should know this by now.
