  they have to provide "just" compensation right?

  I am personally going through this now and just compensation means that they decide how much they think it is just to pay you. It is just what they say the property is worth. Just only means that a judge paid by the State decides how much the will give you for the property.

  As for ED, I know what the government wants for the waterfront properties from the heights to the sunset park industrial area. And whether or not the gov would outright take the properties because wt is in the way of what the government wants, the risk of government action was there and as I have stated wt needed to get out of there . Pressure to move out of there was very real; there were other reasons too for the sale of course. As I stated, the public needed the area.

  according to the "new light" the faithful slave class appeared after jesus came 1914 (rather 1918 he inspected the temple) and was bestowed with assigement to provide spiritual food.. there are a number of problems with this new concept:.

  how did russel and co found out about certain unique teachings diffferent from mainstream christendom?.

  Whether or not wt fulfills that role is another subject matter for debate. But Jesus parable describes some entity dispensing food when Jesus returns: ( Luke 12:43 Happy is that slave if his master on coming finds him doing so!)

  Hence, the concept is valid.

  Wachtower presence and occupation of the Brooklyn real estate was/is hindering the economic growth and development of the area. You don't need to run a religious order from a location that is needed for public use. The risk of Emminent Domain dangerously existed.

  It is a misrepresentation to say that the money from the sale of the properties will be pocketed by someone. It all goes to the WT movement.

  i know or think i know that trump is bluffing and acting very bully like with threats of unleashing his power as commander and chief a military with super weapons.

  but why bluff with such boyish stupidity?

  i think mr trumps barginings skills are at an all time low and so the threats of violence and retaliation for misbehaving according to the whims of a narcissist.. my confidence in him is at an all time low, talk about cave man club you over the head approach to problems this guy takes the cake.

  That is a given, even Mighty Rome went down. Nothing last forever and the US could easily be broken into different areas

  The US government at this time had been reaching out to NK diplomatically time and time again but NK response has been that of firing and testing missiles and developing nuclear war heads to the point where the US had to go to the UN to deploy economic sanctions against Kim J Un to compel NK to stop -And what is the very first thing NK does after they have nuclear ICBM? To verbally threaten the US with them and to proclaim that they will make the US pay 1000x for their sanction actions.

  What should have the US done instead of making it clear to NK that they will be blown off the face of the map should they fail to stop threatening the US with their new nuclear toys?

  Yeah, NK is probably full of hot air. US should not take any threats or nuclear threats seriously but should actually wait and see if NK actually bombs the US and then the US could say something about it. US should also lift all sanctions just in case and so that NK is not angry at US and should further try to appease NK for fear -lest they bomb the US mainland. US needs to be careful what they say for fear NK actually makes good on their threats.

  It would be suicide for NK if they preemptively attack as they have threatened to do so - same applies to any other nuclear power- but in the case of NK, the internal loyalty of its military leaders might no be so trustworthy when faced with being forced to drink Kool Aide and the NK government might be wise to consider the warning to "Beware the Ides of March!"
