  i have seen a few comments about this week's meeting.. was there actually a part that specified an actual per-publisher amount that should be donated regularly?.

  can this be confirmed please?.

  Dubstepped, after listening to your podcast, not only did my heart go out to you but my estimate of you changed compared to our dialogues on this forum.

  I still can't get over the coincidence of seeing your duble in NY exactly at the same time you were there to visit. Too much of a coincidence to be pure chance it seems -unbelievable.

  I am convinced about my faith. I am a true believer with no doubts. My presence on this Forum does not change that; I have learned to be more compassionate, understanding and respectful. I also enjoy very much the discussions I have with many of the posters here -very brilliant people here: Marvin Shilmer, TD, Slimboyfat, to name a couple.

  It's a pity we can't shut down the Watchtower for all its lies and false advertising.

  I feel the same way about a lot of religions -all of them for that matter except for wt- but I don't try to shut them down or infringe on their copyrights.

  The Watchtower stopped them once before, their channel was closed down. They opened a new one adding a y to their name.

  I feel no pity for them then if they are defiantly doing what they are doing instead of challenging YT decision legally after they were asked to stop and desist. Wt has been very patient.

  first, a word about the watchtower’s financial position: nobody (outside the watchtower organization) knows.

  the wtbs is not required to disclose its finances, and doesn’t.

  we can speculate, but that is all we are doing.

  Also, they have been on YouTube for a long time. They have published their views and wt did not stop them. But wt owns the copyright and now for whatever reason wt wants enforcement.

  Let's say hypothetically that wt lost all property and money -like in Russia. Would that be the end of JW movement? Never. The nation of 7 million or more JW true believers don't need the wt corporations to exist, neither does the gb nor the organizational structure that leads JW. They will rebuild and restructure and use other means to govern and expand the movement. JW are not going to loose faith and start believing in other things if the wt as it is known today has to work out of a basement or a garage. WT leadership is going to push forward no matter what happens until the movement is vindicated or destroyed.

  Based on your thinking then, because you say so, it shouldn't be moral that the authorities stop people that don't like you from borrowing and using your car whenever they feel like it without your permission because throughout history, the powerful and the wealthy have used the law to control and step on the masses. And by the same token it should also be moral for people to steal and borrow other people's property as long it is based on personal moral standards. -What do I know, I only figured that it is wrong to take something that does not belong to you, besides it being highly unlawful.

  In other words, it may not be moral to enforce copyright laws when wt owns the copyright.

  Explosion on London Train

  there was an explosion on a london tube train at parsons green station at 8:20 bst this morning.. there are pictures online of a plastic bucket that seems to be the source.

  witnesses are reporting seeing a large wall of flames coming through a packed train carriage.

  people are now being taken to ambulances with significant burns..
