  now i was raised in the belief that doctors are transfusion-happy and just give you one willy nilly if they operate , further that a trans.

  Where in the Bible does it explain which parts of blood are OK and which parts are not ?

  Lee, the Bible says to "keep abstaining from blood" -that command has to be considered. But what does that mean to 'keep abstaining from blood' and who decides it, each individual? You? JW are taught to believe that GB decides. Deciding about blood fractions is only part of the same decision.

  paradisewas it really paradise to be in paradise?adam and eve never were held by a mother, never cuddled and sung to with a lullaby nor nursed or coddled with tenderness or any human familial embrace.

  the first humans (adam and eve) never learned to toddle surrounded by brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles and grandparents cheering them on.

  the entire experience of childhood was excised surgically like a trauma patient awakening from an accident with amnesia.adam and eve were never in a neighborhood with other kids forming friendship bonds for life and exchanging dreams and hopes for a future they were building in their community.

  Terry, what you said happened to you in prison is an outrage. However, many faithful servants of God as yourself, suffered at the hands of wicked men, from Abel to Zechariah and after that. Take Isaiah who was beheaded by King Mannaseh, Job, Jesus, Peter, Paul, brother in Hermany who was beheaded, brother King who was jailed and tortured for 40 years in a Chinese jail, JW who get injured while in fs....

  I went up to a blind man one time and asked him how he felt about God -him being blind and all- I expected that he would be angry or say that God did not exist but instead he said: " Oh, no, no, no, God helps me."

  There is no logical reason for the Watchtower's convoluted policy beyond it being an "organizational policy".

  There is a Biblical basis that must be considered, and to JW, WT says what the Bible says - not you.

  TD: There is no distinction in the taste of a banana whether someone gave one to you as a gift or not -if taste is all that matters.

  The concern we feel for others, whether it is a gift from God or a device that evolved, produces the same results -well-being.

  At the end of the day, is the distinction really that important? TD

  If that is all that matters.

  Is it important that wolves feel concern as they cooperate during the hunt as long as they all enjoy the food and survive as a species?

  Does it matter at the end of the day whether or not the sun feels right or wrong as long as it does what it is supposed to do?

  Does it matter whether you are the sun, a wolf or a human.

  Does it matter whether you exist or not?

  It is important to an individual not feel pain. It is important to an individual to feel satisfaction. That is what is important to each person.

  If the human species did not exist, would morality and things like justice exist?


  Is it important to a person whether or not the world exists after the person is dead?

  Ws cite selected reports that caution against blood transfusions and then say, but 'that's not the reason we refuse them', when challenged on the citation or other research about the safety of BT.

  Because it is not. Even if it was possible to sterilize blood and offer it to JW, JW would still not be able to accept.

  Safe or infected, it's all the same to JW. Prior to the AIDS epidemic, blood was deemed to be safe too, in fact, that is why it was used to transfuse people with it. There is good reason to believe that blood is safe too at this time based upon belief in the statistics,and reasons given and there is no reason to doubt the evidence given. On the other hand, a person that received a BT is not out of the woods yet. He just does not know if the blood that was given to him was safe.Only time will tell. In the meantime, a lot of people worry and do not have peace of mind.

  2017 Annual Meeting

  this just in from the 2017 annual meeting:.

  1. watchtowers and awakes won't be released regularly, at least three watchtower and awakes per year.

  6 magazines a year.. 2. a new book is being released: remain in god's love, more of an update like how they did for the what does the bible really teach book.
