No it does not make any contradiction with Jesus' clear and unambiguous statement about the great tribulation which climaxed the Parousia.

What will be the sign of your Parousia? —Which those with spiritual blindness cannot see. —Like the Pharisees who asked Jesus for a sign from heaven rejecting all his miracles and teachings and even his resurrection ( you did not discern the day of you being inspected ) Divine disfavor was manifested in 70CE but even today “Jews” refuse to see any correlation between 70 CE and Jesus.

The WT has published that today people refuse to see the sign of Jesus’s Parousia by not responding to the good news and becoming subjects of the theocracy and that makes them fighters against the kingdom, therefore, ALL will be forced to see when the son of man is revealed. They refused to see mentally but when the sign of the son of man appears in the heaven-indisputable proof from God- they will know, the will have to know. So, according to JW, the sign includes war, famine, persecution, preaching, destruction of bogus religion, the great tribulation, and finally miraculous convincing evidence which will also prove what JW have been saying all along: (They took no note until the flood came and swept them all way.) So when it hits by this time you don’t need the sign. The sign was there all along. That is how we at JW see it.

The sign of the parousia" is "the sign of the son of man",

Tell US when will these things be and what will be the SIGN of your Parousia.

Also:

But on the day that Lot went out of Sodʹom, it rained fire and sulfur from heaven and destroyed them all. 30 It will be the same on that day when the Son of man is REVEALED.

There is a point in time during his parousia when he is revealed to his enemies. That’s who the sign of the son of man is for.

Entirely and unambiguously incorrect. The 'sign of the Son of man' is explicitly described as appearing only after the 'tribulation' has ended.

The sign of the parousia ironically includes the sign of the son of man seen by the enemies when it is too late.

The text describes the sign of the parousia (What will be the sign of your presence) before and after the tribulation begins. If you compare the Parousia to the fulfillment of all the signs Jesus gave the 1 century christians before the destruction of Jerusalem and the Seige of Jerusalem as the great tribulation, the sign of the parousia has many aspects such as war preaching etc—and Christians see that sign others take no note of the sign of his Parousia. When the enemies see the sign, they are caught likevthe Romans caught the Judeans,

So when it hits someone over the head, they don’t need a sign.

They will see alright. They will have to see after the great tribulation like in the days of Noah and like those that rejected the many signs Jesus performed during his life. Do you think in their minds, they saw back then. They came to a realization. They were found fighters of God’s kingdom. Now they see!!

Are you implying that the parausia will not parallel the destruction of Jerusalem because of your method of interpretation of Bible prophecy?

First of all Jesus gave us templates on how to interpret scripture and prophecy, the same patern used by Paul also Jesus combines 70CE with the Parausia with his prophecies at the Olivette though different dates so we can conclude there are some parallels. To validate this method of dual fulfillment, Jesus likened the the days of Noah—that destruction—to his prophecy about the end so there are similarities in praying to God for salvation and keeping on the watch.

What Jesus said about Sabbath snd winter is a literary device, poetic language.

The fact that some things they expected to happen didn’t happen isn’t evidence that it will happen at a later time. They were just wrong.

That is a different topic. The subject matter of this thread is based on the premise that the Bible is God’s Word.
