The US is a democracy. The people are the superior authority. Agents of THE PEOPLE such as a police agency of a municipality must have legal authority to compel. A municipality or a government agency can enforce laws but they have zero legal authority to go around intimidating people or coercing people or telling people what to do just because they are gov employees. They are public servants not kings or queens. The public is not legally required to be in subjection to non compulsory demands just because someone is a gov employee. For example 1A, 4A are rights people have. The public is foolish to surrender such rights confused they are being in subjection to the superior authorities. In the US, all it means is to be law abiding. You have no legal obligation to be in subjection to someone who is violating your rights or encroaching on your freedom.

Would I be disfellowshiped for this?
by ExBethelitenowPIMA inif a publisher openly told the elders that they thought the gb were wrong about some or a lot of things, but said they will not share these thoughts with anyone else then would this be a case of disassociation disgfellowship?.
my guess is lots of elders meetings and shepherding calls to try to get you to say something they could use against you.. but what would be the sin in which you are not repented?.
the only reason to be dissed is non repentance?.

to prepare the eldubs for a windfall of lawsuits and legal ramifications.
Reporting is compulsory, therefore, jw must act within the bounds of law but law suits and legal ramifications were always a peril no matter what you do.

Nah. Obviously wt has admitted they were wrong in the past so what is the difference at present. But verbalizing beliefs that go against teaching to the elders can get a person marked.

Noted: Brilliant and funny analysts.
When are they going to stop liking putting people in jail or enforcing restraining orders to separate law breakers (based on secular standards) from children and their families and from society. People are so funny.
Bet petrodollars to donuts that a reversal is looming or the European Court will act similarly. Democratic governments have no jurisdiction telling religion how to adjudicate sin.Mormon, Jews, the Catholic church also practice excommunication. A club member can’t go around breaking rules without consequences from the club and then go to government to force the club to take them back because the club should not enforce their own beliefs and practices as the JW put it before the Canadian Supreme Court decided in JW favor.

Now, people must… or face prosecution
NOW it’s illegal all of a sudden. Finally, what a relief. Funny how everybody got angry at people not reporting when it was perfectly legal to do so and not at the government. People are so funny.

Taking away benefits that have no impact on their freedom to practice doesn't seem like tyranny.
How is that the same as jail or restraining orders?Noted

The court won't force the JWs to end the shunning practice, will they? They are taking away some benefits
Not the same heh? Seems like tyranny. How about ending jail and restraining orders between family members. What do you like? To punish jw vindictively.

Comparing a kangaroo court with a Family Court of the real world is not sensible
If you aren’t able to comprehend that the comparison is not to method of adjudicating but to jail and orders of protection to DF separates family members, have a nice day to you. You seem to like Family Court but you don’t like JW religious process of sin. Up to you.
