How many of you people seen the movie 'Sting' with Redford & Newman? Well, they used a 'front' to pull of their caper. The big international boys behind the scenes do the same thing. The use organizations as fronts, they pay all the bills to get what they want and when their finished with you, bye, bye birdie. If you think David Copperfield is a good illusionists, these guys are awesome.
Check out how they pulled of the Federal Reserve Caper and the 16th amendment to the Constitution. These guys are so good they don't hide anything, everything is done right in front of us. Good Luck.

Wanting to leave JWs & Spouse problems
by doinmypart inare you trying to fade or otherwise distance yourself from the org, but have a spouse that is a loyal jw?
on various posts i read about some that are staying in the org, or having a difficult time because their spouse doesn't understand the change.
i'll begin...my wife doesn't understand how i can turn my back on all the good things i've gotten from the org.

doingmypart, Vittvin suggested sound advice, "So please don't give up on her, tell you love her and don't make her have to defend the org., maybe one day she will see for herself."
Take it from a person who's married 42 years. This is a time when less is better.

Hi Wednesday, you've given us a lot to think about. "I do not abandon my friends when the chips are down." Well put, and I'm with you 100%
How sad when others claim to be friends and they drop you like a hot potato during a personal crisis. It gets even worse when they verbally abuse you! What translation of the Bible are they reading?
I like your thought, "But I'm growing some thicker skin." Yeah, stay cool and take the heat in this forum, it builds character. All in all the forum is reasonable. We always have one or two that want to impose their views, that's a given.
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Valis, like Jennings said, "I began this project with a healthy dose of skepticism and as open a mind as possible."
I use to have a school buddy that was crazy about UFO's. I'm glad I was into sports. -

truthaboutthetruth, since his family were Masons it would be kept their out of respect. You need to keep in mind that these people were called Bible Students and not Jehovahs Witnesses. This name didn't come to be untill 1931. So,no big fuss?
Again, whether one believes in the Bible or 'not' these characters did some gruesome things. So, 'realistically' nothing should surprise us, at least not for me.
I look at life as one on going movie taking place.

Ruling offers new basis for suits against churches
by Dogpatch infrom http://www.boston.com/news/local/massachusetts/articles/2005/02/23/ruling_offers_new_basis_for_suits_against_churches/.
ruling offers new basis for suits against churches.
by michael kunzelman, associated press | february 23, 2005. a superior court judge has ruled that a jehovah's witness church in boston can be sued for breaking its trust and legal duty to a girl who said she was sexually abused by one of the church's ministerial servants.. suffolk superior court judge herman smith jr.'s ruling is believed to be the first time a massachusetts court has determined that church officials have a "fiduciary duty" to members of their congregation, a relationship akin to the one lawyers and doctors share with clients and patients.. smith's ruling, made earlier this month, also is expected to open another legal channel for lawyers to bring civil suits against churches for clergy abuse cases, according to lisa bruno, news editor for massachusetts lawyers weekly.. "it gives another piece of ammunition to plaintiffs, another grounds for finding a church liable for the actions of priests and ministers," bruno said.. carmen durso, a boston lawyer who settled 40 lawsuits against the archdiocese of boston in 2003, said he expects smith's ruling to pave the way for more clergy abuse cases to proceed.. "it affords another basis, a stronger basis, for bringing claims against churches in sex abuse cases," durso said.. the girl at the center of smith's ruling was between 9 and 11 when a ministerial servant with the columbus park congregation of jehovah's witnesses allegedly molested her during bible study classes in her home, lawyers weekly reported.. the girl's parents, who learned about the alleged abuse in august 2000, sued the ministerial servant and two boston-area jehovah's witness congregations for negligence as well as breach of fiduciary duty.
