Ran For Public Office

every two years my home town has local elections.

this past week-end was my second attempt, and for the second time my number of votes wasn't sufficient enough to be a councilperson.

one must contend against a strong influential group (kc) that controls who gets in office or not.
23 year Aussie Wins Players Championship

i've been prevented from getting on this forum due to some 'difficulty.

' anyways to change the flow of discussion i have some 'good' news for our aussie posters.

this past week-end a 23 year old aussie by name of adam scott became the the youngest player to ever win the players chamionship.

after hearing the pro's and con's about the movie, i went to see it this afternoon.

i know we all have differing views, but i'm interested in knowing what impression it left you.

for me, i went in with a critical eye and i was emotionally detached from the movie.
