Not so little anymore, our oldest will turn 15 in May and the younger one is 12! Scary how quick they grow up

Attention Rick Fearon (koolaid man): WHO IS THE RADIO PERSONALITY THAT YOU CLAIM IS JEALOUS OF YOU???
by Alfred inno rick... you don't get to dodge the question this time.... you are quick to claim that posters who call you out whenever you lie are cowards... so you are implying that you are not a coward yourself.... that being the case, you should not have a problem answering this simple question:.
who is the radio personailty that you claim is jealous of you?.

Your Thoughts, Please (Seriously)...
by AGuest inmay you all have peace!.
on occasion, dear ones post questions on the board that have a "legal" undertone.
sometimes those questions are just trying to get a sense of what questions such one should ask (perhaps of an attorney), sometimes they have to do with very ordinary events, and sometimes they really do require in-depth legal assistance/analysis.

So far Band has not been acused of not being a lawyer other than maybe some sort of snide comment.
If I were to take her advice I would run it by local lawyers first to get some more opinions
Just to be clear I'm not accusing anyone of being a fraud in anyway, and I don't know the history of other legal discussions fully on this topic, I'm just saying that people have to be sensible and take responsibility for their own choices, if they choose to accept legal advice from an anonymous source on the internet that is their own risk and in my opinion it's not sensible and they run this risk of ending up in a worse situation. Sure they can read up on and share other peoples experiences but if you are in the situation where you need legal advice you cannot rely on an internet forum to provide it and should be going to a recognized person/company to get it.
It is never going to stand up in court if you say "Well according to "party96" user of insert "random internet forum" this is the legal standing on this issue.

Sabastious
I think it is obvious that there is a huge difference between discussing an experience here, and asking a legal question or asking for legal advice and then accepting anything anyone says without question as valid and correct and basing their actions on it, even if the anonymous person that responds is stating they are a lawyer.
