  i just got off the phone with a customer from great britain....his accent was sooooo lovely!

  i'm trying my darndest not to melt out of my chair right now..... i swear...a british man could tell me he was going to clean the toilet and it would be hoooottt!!!!.

  does jehovah witnesses believe that kissing between man and women before marriage is allowed by the bible?.

  the type[s] i have in mind is the kissing between a boyfriend-girlfriend couple [intimate kiss on the lips] or kissing like 'making out' on one night or so.

  I heard the food is terrible!!! What do you eat over there??? Maybe that has something to do with the teeth thing! Do you wear deodorant? I hear the French do not and you need to put perfume on your upper lip when visiting there. Come on Ballistic...fess up!!! Give us the low-down!!!

  look before i get started i just want to say i'm new so hello everybody.

  i've been disfellowshiped for two years and some times still contemplate going back.

  i still make pretty much all of my meetings but i just havent wrote a letter yet because i realy dont miss the drama that goes along with being a witness.anyway i found this web site that said something about the jw's getting involved with the un and it made me curious.

  Jug...welcome! About the U.N. it has been re-hashed and hashed to death on this and other forums. As it came out in 2001...you're getting the info a little late. Back then you could go to the U.N. website and find all the info...it has since been removed. However, if you go to www.freeminds.org, there is a lot of info there. Randy Watters, who runs the site, posts here as Dogpatch. Hope that helps some.

  As far as the meet-ups go, well it's like any other get-togethers...you will like some, but probably not all the people. That's life!!!

  Talking about accents...yesterday I had to talk to a guy in California. I noticed that he kept on talking way past the time that our business was concluded...kind of kept asking me questions about non-relevant things. After a while he said he had never talked to a Southern Woman before and he just loved my accent!!! He said he could just on keep on listening to me, but I told him I had other things to do....it was kind of funny to think he'd never heard a Southern accent before!!! He said he'd like to just call and talk sometime--Ha!!! So if any of you would like to call and hear a TRUE SOUTHERN ACCENT---not a displaced Northerner---just call this number: 704-333-----you didn't really think I would post it did you???

  I do like Brittish accents and Australian....(Brittians do need to go to the dentist more often!)

  Just tell her that you really had plans on going to Bethel but realize that will never happen as they are downsizing. Then you can comment that someone told you they will be needing college grads in the future...like a lot of lawyers!!!

  Back Pain and Triggerpoint Injections

  i know this is not really "on topic, but just wondering if anyone else suffered from chronic back and neck pain.

  i have been in constant pain for years (really, years).

  i have tried everything from acupuncture to chiropractors to rolfing, neurologists, orthopedists, etc.

  Still Angry---you have the epidural injections every few years??? I have to have them every 3 to 4 months....maybe you should consider them more often. I heard also that it helps tremdously to drink lots of water!!! I am trying to drink more than usual here lately!!!

  I think we should have one more fluff thread...all those that DON'T have their real pictures posted...Avatars only!!! Then the rest of the group could be included!!!! I for one, was glad to see the posters mentions others in a good way! I don't think anyone should rain on their parade. Think about being a JW and how you never got recognition for anything!!! If nothing else, you can always nominate yourself...you need enough confidence from within to be able to do that. If you are always looking for someone else to make you feel good, I'd suggest reading a few self-help books, seriously. You have to love yourself first before anyone will! Go to that mirror right now and tell yourself " I love you"...it does wonders for your self-esteem. That will be $1.00 for those words of wisdom....

  To stillajwexelder---you can't help but be mentioned with the "in your face" avatar...(remember I put you on the ugliest list!!! LOL) but I still like you!
