  i know that the issue of the man being beheaded by the iraqis has been discussed already but they just played the sound of the beheading on talk radio (shawn hannity).

  this is absolutely horrible.....the sound of him screaming just makes me ill.

  I tried to view the video on line. I could not watch the entire thing and am glad I had the sound turned down. It is such a terrible evil thing they have done and I am so sickened by it. outraged. What can I do?

  my mother told me that the co gave a talk on how a spider spins his web and it can take a very long time for the web to be made but just like that--- before you know it---it can catch its prey and devour it.

Most of the JWs believe he's still a "brother" but in reality they don't know that they are his prey and are being taken advantage of by a disfellowshipped person!

  New dub scam

  someone tell me if i'm making an ass out of myself and posting something that has already been discussed here and i missed it.....k ?.

  anyway.....the dubbers have a new deal goin on at least in my neighborhood.

  my wife had briefly mentioned some of it to me a few days ago, but i heard it firsthand working the other day where the dubs were working some apartments.. the dubs go door to door and say they are volunteers for the deaf community and are searching for people who are deaf.

  This ploy of theirs is an old trick used by many door to door salespeople. It is nothing new.

  Example: when I sold photographic services door to door, I would only have a couple solid leads each night and would have to do some cold calling to make my sales quota. I'd go into an apartment complex knock on the door and say, "hello, I have an appointment with a young couple in this complex, but I lost the apartment number. They have a baby . . . do you know which unit they live in?"

  The person would almost always point me to the nearest unit that had a young new family living there. They were the best ones to present my services to. I would also ask the householder to remind me of the their names. When I knocked on that door I could call them by name and tell them that their neighbor sent me over to show them my services, that since they had a new baby, they could really use it . . . blah blah blah. It gave so much credibility to my stopping by unannounced.

  ...you pick up your coffee cup and at the same time pop your earrings into your mouth as if they were vitamins you were going to take.. ...you then put one earring in and a couple seconds later when you go to put on the back, you're confused about why there is already an earring in your ear.... nightmares sure do interfere with the sleep pattern i see.. sheese!

  i found these two references very interesting.....i reflected on the mentality of the witnesses in my old congregations in janesville, wisconsin....i realised they weren't a 'happy' people because they had the "truth", they were in truth happy because of being all medicated (prozac).
