  if not , when they started with this nit picky time keeping and product placement counts , was that something that was popular in the world at that time ( the stat keeping not the placements)?.

  i've thought since childhood if they'd quit worrying about numbers and start worrying about people , it'd be a much better religion.

  Berry girls case: Analysis of case law favorable to the WTS

  ok, just to play devil's advocate for a minute here (or, now for our weekly session of classroom law on court tv .

  posted below is a past new hampshire supreme court case that is very favorable to the wts position in the berry girls' case, and has surely been cited by them big time in their briefs (it was mentioned briefly by wts lawyer donald gardner in the audio, which has been posted on these boards several times, of the oral argument session before the nh supreme court.

  laws 1971, 531:2. in 1973, the penalty section was amended to provide that a violation would constitute a misdemeanor.

  i don't think the offense is non-violent.

  At least the results, as i see them in law practice, are not non-violent.

  She has set this kid up to self-destruct, unless he get SIGNIFICANT help, right away, and the help continues well past his 20's..

  Woman Sexually Molests Eight-Year-Old Boy

  stratford-- a stratford woman has been formally charged for having sex with an eight year-old boy.. tammy imre was arrested on friday.

  the divorced mother of a seven year-old daughter was charged with first-degree sexual assault, fourth-degree sexual assault, and risk of injury to a minor.

  in court on monday, prosecutors told the judge that imre shouldn't be released on bond because she is a danger to the community.

  hi folks,.

  many of you may recall my account of sil's dad.

  he was arrested in early 2002, put on trial in 2003, and spent 6 months of a five year sentence in jail for molesting a young girl of twelve.

  i am currently working a case where the CPS counselor molested 7 boys, with a conviction in his past for the same behavior 20 years before.

  One of the biggest perps i've ever run accross worked at a MHMR home for retarded children IMMEDIATELY after a conviction in another town in the same state (for sodomizing 8 boys in a children's home).

  So much for the state protecting children.

  The fox is in the henhouse...

  on november 11, 2003 howard kanehe a jehovah's witness in good standing was convicted of molesting his daughter, in addition, his step daughter also offered testimony of her molestation but her testimony was kicked out due to the statue of limitations in california.

  The perp was CONVICTED, and he is being re-sentenced.

  The re-sentencing doesn't "undo" the conviction.
