i'm thrilled to tell you about the latest court decision made in california a few days ago which kimberlee norris said would be announced today, monday, on jwd.. on july 3rd, i started a thread where the last two rulings in the napa county, california lawsuit, charissa w. v. watchtower, new york, et al., were posted.
both decisions were favorable to the plaintiff.

...also, clergy penitent privilege exists for the benefit of the 'penitent', not the organization/'church'.
And, I've yet to meet the perp who goes to 'confess'.... these Jud committees come about because there is an outcry from a victim or victim's parent. The 'repentence' only comes in when he's trying to avoid further ramification/accountability for his crime.
And finally, so far as reporting to police goes, most states have law superceding ANY privilege, where a child is in danger.

Actually there is no 'class action suit', as the facts don't fit the elements of a 'class action'.
However, we have been, and still are, providing investigation and consultation concerning sexual abuse of children occurring in WTS congregations.

complaint: negligence, breach of confidential relationship, intentional infliction of severe emotional distress.
once again the elders appointed a convicted and confessed child molester to a position of responsibility as an officer and ministerial servant of the congregation.
this time the accused name is jerry anderson crabb of the lancaster congregation of jehovah's witnesses - 4795 macleay road se, salem, or 97301. sadly, as one would expect, he has been accused of sexually abusing a child on multiple occasions.
...this is our case, and YES, we can prove 'notice'.
