  Hypocrisy? Contradiction?

  it's kind of ironic that in the same week that photo's of princess dianna lying dying in a mangled car wreckage are broadcast to little outcry that there seems to be a lot of ballyhoo about photo's of carefully arranged coffins carrying us troops back home.

  In my humble opinion, people generally take this kind of thing over the top. The pictures shown of Diana, from what I can gleam from the information provided, were not graphic in any way. There are dying people shown on TV every day. She was human, and deserves no more or less respect than any other individual. In fact it is one of the only two things we can be sure of in life... death and taxes.

  As for the pictures of the coffins, again, it conveys a message. Yes, quite powerful, I agree Simon.

  All in all, these are people we care about. Those people laying in the coffins, and also Lady Diana. Showing their last moments or their neatly arranged coffins brings the idea of death just a little closer to our hearts, and in a way, shows us that eventually it will happen to us all, so why fear it?

  Hmm... just my opinion.

  face splashed with acid

  and blood covered gashes

  butchers knife hacking

  and rib bones a'cracking

  drowning puppies and shooting kittens,

  these are a few of my favorite things!

  watching car crashes

  and playing with matches

  kicking the homeless

  and stealing their boxes

  accidents, murder scenes, suicides bring...

  these are a few of my favorite things!

  when you get shot, a dog mauls you, flesh is hanging out

  I think of a few of my morbid things, and then I don't feel, soo baaaaaad.

  Wonder how long until this gets edited... hey... I was bored...

  Actually I think Florida would be surrounded by "most water". I would say to calculate which is surrounded by most water, then you would have to take the length of coastline into equation. And to me (I may very well be wrong, as I often am) it looks like Florida would come out above even Hawaii.

  Just my humble opinion.. hehe

  Need Motivation

  ugh, i need to work out and have no motivation.

  the last several weeks, i have been doing 1 1/2 - 2 miles a night on the treadmill, lifting weights and doing 50 sit-ups a night.

  not much i know but it's a start.

  Ummmmmm... 1 and a half to 2 miles a day, 50 sit ups etc. is not much? Then I am screwed. I was proud this morning to have gotten to 1.25 miles!

  My motivation is much the same as Xena's. Except, I don't want to look like Valis the hippy when I get to Dallas. I know I will not be Brad Pitt, but at least I wont be arm-pit either. lol

  some dumb congressman taking a loaded glock pistol onto an aircraft.. a guy was just jailed for 9 months in the uk for arriving at heathrow (from washington dulles) with amminution in his jacket.

  but hey, he wasn't a congressman ... just a black guy.
