  Keep thinking abou tlucid dreaming... I find if I keep thinking on that then I am more likely to have one.

  ........can my body repair its' DNA with 4/5 hours sleep a night.......?oh, and will spiders be crawling/ playing on me as I sleep..?

  I'm with 'reboot' mainly - especially the spiders bit (shiver).

  To coin a spiritual cliche as well I suppose (and I am not trying to be self-righteous here) - I do pray and focus upon universal issues before sleep. Having had a few odd dreams and experiences of late makes me quite scared during the night
