yeah its morbid... but since we're not gonna live forever like we thought we might the first half or so of our lives, we're obviously gonna die someday.. and i dont want " keep your eyes on the prize " played at my funeral.. (keeping in mind that theres no one thats gonna claim my body to bury it anyway when the time comes).

Hey, Elsewhere, thanks for posting the link. For some people, a little bit of Betty goes a long way. But I think she's a gas.
There was actually a psuedo/sister in one of the congregations I went to that could have been Betty's twin. She used to buy jugs of red wine and smoke cigarettes in her house. She also applied the red lipstick from her chin to her nostrils. The elders just looked the other way -- 'cause they knew she was insane (or, as rumor had it, demonized!).

I really enjoyed the memories people have posted. I don't really have any of my mother. When I was 2 years old she worked as a bar maid in a dive. Taking care of her kids was too much for her so she ran off with the guy who drove the Budweiser delivery truck. Haven't seen her since.

My opinion? A 45-year old man shouldn't be sleeping alone with young boys. Especially if they are not his children. Even if he is innocent --he's put himself in a really, stupid dangerous place. On the Martin Bashir (sp?) special he talked about young boys sharing his bed. The guy lives in a universe, population 1.
After paying $25 million in an out of court settlement to one child in 1993 -- a rational, mature, healthy person would be would be saying: "Johnny your bedroom in in the other wing of the house with two bodyguards outside your door."

If homosexuality bothers you -- then by all means, DON'T DO IT!
Although if you're really into research, you might want to try it standing up or over a barrel.
