OK, Wolfman, you're getting there. Once in Photobucket select the photo you want to paste here, and do a copy from the "Direct link" field for that particular photo. Then paste it in the compostion field on JWD, highlight it, and then hit the little icon that looks like a green tree just below "Font family" - paste the address in the "Image URL" field. When you preview it the photo should show up. If it does then hit the "Insert" button.

poppers, I don't know why you can't see it. I use Google Chrome and I can see it.
If you didn't upload it to a hosting site first only you will be able to see it. Did you do that? If you didn't everyone else will see this: Image 0000043.jpg

It's not showing up, wolfman. Upload it first to a hosting site, like photobucket, and then from there you can post it here.

However you get to the question "Who am I" isn't important, what's important is getting to that point. I would say that that question is the most significant one you will ever encounter in life, so examine that question closely - investigate closely and actually try to locate the "me". You will find lots of ideas about who you think you are, but those are just ideas. Find what you are when the "idea of me" is SEEN for what it is, a thought construct. If you do that with honesty and persistance what you find will likely alter your life in a significant way, in a way that changes your entire outlook on others, the world around you, and your place in it.

Can YOU solve the following Paradox??
by Terry inbefore i address the paradox (a statement that contradicts itself) i want to insert a fact from history.. .
the romans used a malleable (and highly poisonous) metal (lead) for water pipes and conduits.
as snows melted into pure water, it was channeled into sluices and pipes made of lead that ran through the cities as drinking water.. .

I always liked this idea: "God's language is silence; everything else is a poor translation." Is it any wonder then that there is so much toxic nonsense coming from religions?

"They are MAD you know"
by Phizzy ini was reading a bigraphical book where the guy writing visits salt lake city, he knew nothing about the lds/mormon church.
he described the people waliking about like "something out of the stepford wives" he found it a bit weird from the get go.. he then did a bit of research and does a really good summation of exactly how looney the beliefs are, one bit i liked was that in his view there was a line of people going back to j.c that was 2000 years long, back to joseph smith, 150. as he said, which sounds the more plausible?.
what got to me though was a friend of his came to work with him, and had to take taxi to get to the place and was stuck in the taxi for five hours with a mormon driver, upon joining the author he said "they are f***ing mad you know, mormons".. my question is, as i have not spoken to any normal person about jw's who does not know i was once one, do the folks in the normal world who know a bit about jw's see them as effin mad ?.

Had I not come across this site I wouldn't have given it another thought. Now, however, I do look at them and simply wonder "why don't the see the how loony they are?"
