While there I had three young men approach me and ask what the JW on my shirt stood for. After telling them it turns out that one of the young men had studied and been interested in the cult but felt like something was off. I got to explain to all of them just some of what was "off" about them. It was a great experience.

Set the record straight!
by Colinconfused ini would like to state publicly, on this forum, i no longer hold the views i had a year ago.. with much thought, research, study and logical examination i have come to a better understanding of my beliefs and where i stand on all these issues.. i'm very happy to announce i have returned to healthful teaching of the holy scriptures and i firmly believe that the governing body of jehovah's witnesses is the faithful slave.. sorry if i have contibuted to any kind of stumbling and know that if i can turn things around then there's hope for all who come to there sence.. phill4:6,7.

I love the formulaic dubspeak in the OP. Almost sounds like something written by a hostage under distress. Nothing to see here, everything is great, lol.

Really struggling to go on
by Isambard Crater inso, so much has happened in my life over the years and continues to happen, but i won't go into the details as it would take a long time.. i don't really know why, but i returned to "the truth" 15 years ago.
in 2012 when the tv broadcasting station launched, i started to develop doubts.
the australian royal commission and other scandals made me angrier, and i now don't believe most of the core teachings.. the only reason i show up at 5 or 6 meetings each month is to keep in contact with my parents and a few other family members.. but it's killing me, literally.

Whew, sounds like I was right. Between your family and your husband's you truly are in a cult inside of a cult.
Could you just move? Honestly, I think if it were me I'd grab my wife, make a plan, and basically run away. We would just move and create physical distance so that we could gain mental and emotional distance and strength.
I highly recommend the book Boundaries by Henry Cloud. You two need some.

Why would you put your parents' happiness above your own? It almost sounds like you're in a cult inside a cult, the cult of family. You can walk away from the cult and your parents still would have had good intent, the two aren't mutually exclusive, though if they shun you I would argue that their intent wasn't as good as you think. Shunning proves a desire for control rather than love.
If you were diabetic and your parents made a sugar laden meal would you eat it just to please them? If you were lactose intolerant and they made homemade butter and wanted you to sit down and eat it by the spoonful would you? Why would you do this then?

The best way to stop the JW guilt thoughts is to get away from the cult. Meetings pump your head full of those thoughts and feelings.
You can make it all go away today. Well, not all, but a lot of it. Stop going. Accept your fate. Realize that your parents are toxic cult victims and let them go. If they are the only reason you're in, then maybe you need to come to terms with the fact that their love is conditional.
You can't have everything. Trying to is ultimately leaving you with nothing. You know you have to leave the cult. When are you going to do it for yourself? Only you can answer that. The sooner you do, at least by fading, the sooner you regain sanity. You can't find a way to live an unhealthy life and be healthy though.
