  I was on my way out of dubdom when I met this Italian-American hottie. And we decided to marry ... bought rings but hadn't set a date. Her grandfather leaned on her to shit or get off the pot, because in his mind she was embarrassing the family with our immoral living arrangement. So, we got married a little earlier than planned.
  
  I guess the good news is that we're still together 20 years later.

  i want to know for a good laugh!.

  onetime(in band camp) i was rushing to get to work and i was really late.

  i got there and i forgot my hand bag in the car.

  I probably still have a scar on my left wrist ... under my watchband ... from about 25 years ago. I was riding a motorcycle in high school & decided that it would be big fun to take a trip around the bases in the baseball field. I gunned the throttle as I cornered second base & the bike slid out from under me, scraping my wrist against the clay.
  
  Of course, a bunch of my buddies were laughing their asses off next to the fence. For me? THAT was embarrassing.

  Cigars, Who smokes them? and where can i get some good ones?

  i've been having the strangest craving for a cigar.

  i'm playing a round of golf on sunday and i want to be like darren clarke ( all you golfers know who i'm talking bout ).

  any suggestions?

  Did you ever experience Holy Spirit?

  i was a jw for 40 years.

  although as an individual/cong/body of elders holy spirirt was prayed for, i cannot think of one moment when i thought..right now i have gods spirit acting upon me.

  it was never described adequately for me to completely understand and i suspect that others felt the same, yet everyone talked as though they knew exactly how it worked.

  I was trapped as a dub until I escaped at 17. In that time, I never experienced Holy Spirit. But I did find myself occasionally thinking "Holy Shit!"

  Arturo Fuente makes a decent one if you're stuck here in the U.S. and can't get a good Cuban. Nicuraguan cigars are pretty good.

  Smoking

  why do we continue to do it even tho we know its bad for us?????

  i gave up bout a year ago but still have one occasionally i dont even know if i enjoy it all that much but i still do it.

  ive seen three of my family members die as a result of smoking and yet i light another one up!

  at work there is this girl there who keeps making eyes at me, but i'm not interested.

  on top of that, she keeps trying to strike up conversations and she goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on... its amazing!

  never a pause between sentences and barely a any space between words... just a very very long series of words coming out of her mouth non-stop.

  Things you shouldn't have liked as a Witness.......BUT DID!!!

  when you were a jw can you remember things you should've not liked but did?

  i was listening to some dowloads tonight and heard "happy birthday" by stevie wonder, i remember going to a big family party when i was a kid, and my uncle who had some dj decks put this one on for me as it was my birthday (none of my dads side of the family were jw) i loved it.......good memories still of this song.. i remember getting easter eggs too, and thinking however pagan they were, they tasted bloody delicious.

  better than "ordinary" chocolate bars.

  As a dub? I didn't get to enjoy didly squat. Well ... MAYBE .. I indulged in a doobie or a beer or two ... but certainly NOT as a GOOD dub. The indulgence came soon after, along with Mrs. Lopez.
