i'm in field service today and i'm not even the guy that took the group out, as a matter of fact, i show up late today as usual.
well anyway, i'm assigned to be on another street with my mother and some other witnesses.
at this point i'm the only brother because the other guy hasn't shown up yet.
does it seem like I'm less of a man for doing what I did or was that just them being too bossy and anal?

you see, my congregation was split up almost three years ago.
Welcome Amionne. Not trying to discourage you here, but what is the rush to get baptized? Its a life long decision that can (and will) affect you for the rest of your life. Just something to think about.

yesterday, my fiancee was working on his house and as he was doing "demo work", he found a nest of kittens.
Im so glad to hear everything went well for you and the kitties. I was looking at the pics you sent of them the other day. I bet they are even more beautiful now.

Hey there Satanus -- I just saw your post today. I am happy to report that all five kitten made it! My husband said he knew none of them would die if I was taking care of them (I have the tendancy to over feed my pets sometimes). Two are finding homes through a friend that runs a cat shelter. They were 8 weeks old yesterday.
I have had three kittens since May 31st. OMG I love these guys. *gush* I have to part with two of them this Sunday -- their new mom is coming to get them. I am keeping Cleo (gray tabby who was the runt). She is the one that still had the umbilical cord attached to her when we got her. Watching them are more entertaining than watching tv. I hope Cleo does well when her brother and sister leave this Sunday. I will miss them.
Wedding was picture perfect -- it could not have been a more perfect day. My "worldly" (tm) friends were so helpful and supportive -- I can never repay them.

i having been "lurking" around here for about a month--right when i was disfellowshipped actually.
in a year long relationship--broke up-five months later had a bout of conscience and told on myself.
myself and my ex are disfellowshipped and now most of my former group of "friends" are getting in trouble.
still very fresh for me--i don't think its sunk in quite yet..
I know the feeling. I wish I had this board when I was DF'd 15 years ago (later reinstated). You will hit some rough spots, but please keep coming here. I think you will find encouragement and seeing/knowing that you are not alone is really important.

I will make waffles with fresh blueberries and whipped cream for breakfast. Then we are heading off for this beach that is on SF Bay (and has a pool) and we will meet up with a friend of mine there and hang out with all our kids. I still don't know what to get him. We need a digital camera, but that is a little out of range right now. And he has everything else. Hmmmm. Still pondering what he needs.
