i am working on a paper about the suicide and economic index of happiness, reuters shoots her death, pass my desk, "sh*t , i think" life can be so brutal.

with this in mind, i would like to ask you if you are happy, with your current life, if not are you working towards it?

there is a decent size group of ex-jws and jws who have "checked out of this existence" mentally, and allow shi**y people to screw their brains up.

I used to love Whitney and her music, and I used to think that she was one of the most beautiful Women alive!

She is the only Lady that I have ever had a sexual dream about. As a Gay male, that is saying a lot!

It is so unfortunate that she died so young. In her earlier days, when she sang, you could tell that her very soul came out along with the words. That just doesn't happen with a lot of singers.

When abused, drugs are a horrible thing, and they literally tear one's body and soul apart.

I am with others who mourn the loss of such a beautiful person.

The Sickest JW Pedophile I've seen in a LONG time

barbara anderson posted a thread a few days ago about a newspaper article that detailed a jw pedophile.

the man was sick.

in my book, he gets the sicko award.

On Barb's thread, I don't think that JWoods meant anything by his comment, he just wanted to be sure that it really was a JW that did it, and he wasn't at all denying that it happened, neither was he denying that it happens within the congregations. He just wanted to be sure it was a JW. What distressed me more was another thread where the poster Iamallcool blatantly denied that a rape of a 3 y/o child even happened at all, and said it was a lie.

Rape is one of the sickest things that can be done to another human as it is, but when it is done to a child, the person deserves to be put in a locked room with the child's parents and family for awhile to get some much needed justice. Then, if there is anything left of the rapist, they need to be locked up, and the key thrown away. The same goes for those who rape animals. There was just an article yesterday about a male- (I would hate to even call him human) who raped a little puppy and then used the puppy's mouth for oral sex, and did it in front of of a 9 year old boy, and then threatened to do the same thing to him.

Those who deny that such things happen, IMHO need their own little attitude adjustment, and they need to take their heads out of the sand to the atrocities that are commited against young children, as well as anyone else at any age who has there dignity stolen from them in such a way.

I just recently heard that there is what is called the "Deep internet" where pictures and images of child abuse and even murder and drug dealing run rampant. I can't believe that the Government has not stepped in and eradicated the problem, as I do not feel that 1st amendment rights should be used by the sickos to twist the constitution to fit their own disgusting needs.

one of our guests will be a woman who was repeatedly rapped starting when she was only 3 years old by a ministerial servant and he continued to rape her for many years and she became pregnant at 12 years old.

Unfortunately, there are a few posters here who have suffered rape from a very early age by Elders and Ministerial Servants or other JW's in supposedly good standing. It has happened, and I am sure that it still does. Only someone with their head buried in the sand would deny it. I personally know someone who went through some of the same and WORSE.

Rick also brought up about the previously known scandal in Ohio in his post. There have been threads about it here, and it appears that something likely DID happen in the Cleveland area, although the extent is not fully known. It is not something that Rick made up.

Why do you and a few others here have so much hate towards another Human being? You seem to look forward to his posts just so you can bash him. What a great example for others who are coming here and questioning things in the Org! You say that Rick's Site chases Jw's back to the hall, yet the bitterness and bashing here is even worse! Even if he is doing something you don't like, why not be nice about it. Remember the expression that you catch more flies with honey than you do vinegar???

I am ready for the bashing that will undoubtedly take place from the haters just because I don't like seeing another human being being bullied, someone who has been through the same heartache, loss of family and injustices, possibly even worse than you yourself have. To those haters, I pray that you never have to deal with the same hate that you show towards others such as Mr. Fearon. I wouldn't wish the hate you show to others on my worst enemy.

I must commend Rick for the power that he holds over you and the other select few who insist on bashing him on each and every one of his threads. Evidently, he has quite a bit of power over you, otherwise the obsession over him wouldn't eat away at you so much.

There are some good answers there! I bookmarked the page in case there are others who contribute. I have been very interested in the Theocratic Warfare that JW's use, as my Mother has been using it on me, thinking that her outright lies are justified. It just shows how twisted JW's really are. I am looking forward to comments from others on here and learning of their own personal experiences.

This is a very good topic, and I thank you for bringing it up! I pray that the usual bashers don't hijack this thread as it is a very good one.

Thank you very much for your kind words BP, Tweetie and Mouthy! You are all very sweet, and I count my blessings knowing that there are such warm and loving people as yourselves! I am now glad that I didn't do it either-(although I think sometimes what if...) I had to get rid of it quickly by throwing it up in the rafters because I almost got caught. Had my parents found it, or had known of my intentions, Instead of being concerned, I would have been beaten again. My Mother especially didn't put up with weaknesses such as that.

the blackout is a protest against proposed legislation in the united states the stop online piracy act (sopa) in the u.s. house of representatives, and the protectip act (pipa) in the u.s. senate that, if passed, would seriously damage the free and open internet, including wikipedia.. this will be the first time the english wikipedia has ever staged a public protest of this nature, and its a decision that wasnt lightly made.

I am surprised that there is only one response so far. This is very important! A lot of popular websites will be going offline tonight at midnight in protest of the SOPA snd PIPA act. If you value the internet and want to see it continue as a bastion of free speech for all, please support those who are trying to do something about it, and by all means tell others and call or write any congress people you can, telling them that you value free speech and that you will not stand for the SOPA and PIPA act.

If you would prefer a Government controlled internet, a Government who will decide what websites you can visit and shut down any others, then by all means do nothing.

This is very serious. This is not fear mongering. This is something evil that is coming our way. If you value freedom, fight for our rights!!!

Sorry that I missed it. From what I have read about it I really feel for him.

Any Gay or Lesbian JW's who are having difficulty, things will get better. I literally had a noose around my neck in our garage when I was 15, and I am now thankful that I did not succeed. I promise you that you fill find a way to deal with things, even though it may not seem so at the time. If any are reading this and can relate, and if you need help with finding a councelor or someone to talk to, PM me, and I will try to do what I can to help, even if it is just to talk. Drugs only lead to more depression and heartache. PLEASE do not follow that road.
