I did stumble across this picture from the site. We are having our freedoms stripped from us, and there will be nothing we can do about it. I am all for catching criminals, but it seems that people will feel like they are walking on eggshells in their own home, and in their daily lives, knowing they are being watched. This will not provide for a healthy environment.

I likewise have been reading about the economy, etc. from outside sources, and I also spend a lot of time on precious metals forums. They all say basically the same thing. I agree that our news is keeping the facts from us. I presume the powers-that-be want to avoid a total panic as long as it can be avoided. Many more people are realizing that they need to have a stash of gold and silver for when the economy does finally collapse. It is also very interesting to read about the Ameros as you had mentioned. Did you see Vincente Fox on Larry King live admitting that there has been talk about the new coinage? There is so much info on the web, and it is surprising-(or not) that many reliable sites and news sources are pointing to the same information regarding complete changes to the way the US operates. Very interesting times ahead indeed! I wish more people would realize things that are brewing, and plan accordingly. Have you noticed more sites popping up all over the web, where people can purchase long term food staples? Yes, there have always been some of those sites, but there definitely seems to be more of a push for people to be prepared.

Thank you for mentioning the cords on the streets. I had always thought they were counters. It does not surprise me that they are actually monitors to track people. It seems we are living in a time where surveillance is a big issue, and becoming the norm. Even looking at Google Earth, and some of the other satellite applications, the resolution is amazing! There are satellites that can discern a coin laying on the street!

when i was a teenager, my family and i had the privilege of visiting the watch tower society, receiving an extensive tour as we had longtime friends working there.
while visiting we were walking past a locked chamber with many many books in it that absolutely no one was able to touch or read.
this was literature that was written/published by charles taze russell.
I would imagine that some of it is locked away due to the value. Some of the original books, ie; Three Worlds are worth thousands of dollars each in the marketplace. Add to the fact that many of those books are some that were most likely Russell's personal stash, complete with signatures, etc. would dramatically increase the value. I bet they are locked up to avoid people with "sticky fingers", as many would love to have some of those early publications, hand written documents, rough drafts of the publications, etc. therefore they keep them under lock and key.

beijing - an almost complete human skull fossil that could date back 100,000 years has been unearthed in china, state media said on wednesday, hailing it as the greatest discovery since peking man.. last month's find in xuchang, in the central province of henan, was made after two years of excavation just as two archaeologists were leaving for the lunar new year break, the china daily said.. "we expect more discoveries of importance," li zhanyang, archaeologist with the henan cultural relics and archaeology research institute, was quoted as saying.. the fossil consists of 16 pieces of the skull with protruding eyebrows and a small forehead..
