does anyone know what wt issues claimed that jesus was the mediator only for the 144,000?.

i need to be able to prove it to someone who is certain that the wts never stated that.

I remember when I was with the JWs some of them expressed resentment in that the Holy Spirit would only go to a few elite and avoid them. "it only goes to them and never comes to us" Let's remember Rutherford according to his own admission received knowledge from angels(spirit channeling), God's angels he claimed, but no doubt they were satanic angels and this is one more teaching he received from them, a demonic teaching. And it's astonishing how any dub could ever believe such twisted nonsense about the Christ being beyond them. This Rutherfordian wayward doctrine positively puts them in the realm of the cults and hollows out their claim to be christians. But then it's handy for the WTS because they then depend on her for spiritual understanding since they do not have the annointing spirit. The other sheep refer to the gentiles due to enter the church beginning from just a few years later (after this was said)and not the followers of a strange religion/sect nearly 2000 years later under a very dubious leader.

announced our circuit overseer last night in his talk about the urgency to preach because of the times.

followed by a silence that was broken with ohhhs and ahhhs.

he said that a couple of times throughout his part, simulating a beating heart with his fist.

First and foremost it is amazing how that urgency to preach goes on and on for ever, we are 10 years past that 1914 generation doctrine change, when they admitted that they had got it wrong all along for decades and the new strange and devious definition of the word generation was introduced, but certainly not the one Jesus had in mind. Their Armageddon concept is the product of totally primitive uneducated incompetent and uninspired minds that like to meddle in things they can't properly understand, and there will never be an Armageddon in the way (or time)that they perceive it, it's all a web of silly fantasies. Remember none of the JW ideology creators had a proper education in religion or philosophy from Russell to Rutherford to Franz none of them really knew what they were talking about and their ideas couldn't stand the test of time, most of them (especially of the first two luminaries) got trashed by the JWs themselves within 20-30 from being produced. They produce cheap, shallow, popular religion that appeals to the naive and the ignorant. However the pressure has to be kept up on the dubs their unpaid sales people i.e. slaves, so they will go on selling the WT publications and the profits will keep rolling in. Hence the dramatic theatrical performance by the C/O, a clever if sleazy piece of psychology to impress and motivate the brainless slave workforce. Six billion will die because they refuse to accept the stupid and ever changing doctrines of the WTS, who do they think they are?

Ruined marriages

i just wish to know does the wts have a deliberate policy of splitting married couples if one of the spouses leaves the org even if adultery is not involved?

do they at least indirectly encourage this to happen?

and if yes is this a fairly recent policy?

Indeed they think they know everything but they know next to nothing. Let them make their own little world a paradise before they ask for more.

I was using my brother's internet connection 1995-1997 then I got my own a 33K modem, paid monthly subscription plus the time on line, at local telephone rates. Things went a long way and from January 2003 I used 512k ADSL, and from November 2004 1024k (1MB) ADSL paying just monthly subscription. First posted here in April 2004.

income derived for 2003 = 20million in the uk alone...if this isnt a business i dont know what is... .

ibsa charged wtbts = 4million for accomodation and 'other facilities' for volunteers...are we to assume this is for the bethelites.....it doesnt cost 4million to house the volunteers and feed them does it??

the wtbts paid close to 0.75 million in management and administration....so that means that the management of the company earn close to 3/4million between them????

does anyone know who is/are the ultimate insectors of the wt's finances?

and is there any transparency in their finances and also accountability to the public?

can we really know what they do with the profits?

Junction-Guy I am glad you got the point I am trying to make this org is making big bucks yet it is not known for its loving charitable works, very strange for a religion that claims to be truely christian and spiritually above all the rest. A policy of charitable works by them would be equivalent to millions of hours of preaching door to door, in the world's eyes. But they make a point of being mean and saying "Jehohah's organisation is not a charity. They certainly want to hoard all the money for themselves as one would expect from people running a business as opposed to a christian religion. Certainly not known for their charitable spirit. The braindead dubs, the unpaid sales people of the WTS that made them so rich don't ever ask where all the profit that they make for them goes and they never understand who is really pulling their strings and to what ends. But I thought that the share holders are known. It's a mystery worth exploring as to who benefits from such immense profits. There is too much mystery and ambiguity here.

i was talking to an ex-bethelite who was at the 'big house' in the late 60s and early 70s and he mentioned that daniel sydlik was exiled (asked to leave bethel) for a couple years when he married his wife (who at the time was very young and very much his junior).

according to this ex-bethelite, his marriage was somewhat controversial and they didn't want it to stumble anyone at the time, so he still stayed in the nyc area, but just not in bethel?

of course, this was when they had the corporation director format and before they officially adopted the governing body structure.

And yet "those that God yoked together no man should separate" these shouting false prophets have chalked up one more big negative point and they really think that the Ex JWs are the lowest of the low, they don't even respect their marriages. What a satanic cult, and they expect to be given a paradise!
