  I may be mistaken but wasn?t peace finally achieved with Russia when the US spent the Soviet Union into oblivion?

  Now don?t get me wrong Yeru, I am not a pacifist and in the face of aggression I agree we cannot just allow a country to kill our citizens without a strong military response, such as invading Afghanistan was justified. I do not argue with that but how can you say that we were dealing with aggression on the part of Iraq? No WMD no terrorists proven to come out of Iraq, BEFORE we invaded that is. The boy was only trying finish the job his father should have done in the first gulf war without realizing that many things had changed since then and by invading Iraq we are only creating tens of thousands more terrorists in the Arab world.

  Sometimes no military action is the best policy and as another example I will give you Libya, Sanctions, patience and time worked not violence.

  ?Sometimes the only way to peace is through violence?

  I guess the Israelis and Palestinians then should have doves flying all around them then with all of the violence that they have chucked at each other, according to you that is. After all the Israelis have been using your reasoning for decades and the world can see how much peace they have created by doing so.

  George W. is only a puppet of the people he decided to surround himself with, as he cannot have an original thought of his own. My biggest concern though is that I continue to see Civil Rights being taken away though the guise of ?National Security? This puppet of the war mongering old geezers who were his fathers friends has alienated us abroad and continues to bury this country under an enormous amount of debt that if not quelled will weaken this country for decades to come. Yes he is the President, but what an embarrassing President he is. Here are some good Bush slogans:

  Did you ever experience "Joy"?

  one thing that always struck me was the rather dour nature of the organization.

  i know people laugh, and at seem to have a good time, at least occasionally.

  however, one thing i just haven't seen is a real outpouring of joy, like david dancing like a crazy man or some of the other occassions in the scriptures when it seems like people were almost overcome with joy.. anyone here ever feel real joy as a witness?

  Fudging on "Field Service Report"

  when i was a jdub i used to write down whatever hours i wanted to write down.

  when i was pioneering for 7 years i would add a few hours to my time each month so that i wouldn?t fall too far behind.

  even when i wasn?t pioneering though i would inflate my hours a bit sometimes so i wouldn?t have the elders hounding me about my time and also so i could hold a ?position?.

Even when I wasn?t pioneering though I would inflate my hours a bit sometimes so I wouldn?t have the elders hounding me about my time and also so I could hold a ?position?. I never really felt that reporting hours spent in door to door was an edict from God but just a way to keep tabs on everyone?s activity.

  My question is did any of you fudge reporting your time?

  Since I am new here I am not sure what the long-term benefit may be but I do know already just being here and reading the many post has helped me. I was reading posts on here for a while before I signed up and started posting myself because I wasn?t sure if being on here would help me. I am finding it is wonderful to be around those who understand why the JW?s have had such an effect on my life. Even after being away for 2 years the effects of being in the cult for 36 continues to affect me. I tried to explain some of it to a girlfriend and her reaction was ?why didn?t you just leave?? ?Why can?t you just leave it in the past?? She wasn?t trying to be insensitive but it was hard for her to completely understand.

  On here, though, I can chat with fantastic people who still feel the pain of being a JW and need to get things off of their chests, as I am sure I will need to sometime, and there are some on here who have dealt with many of the same issues I am dealing with, which is comforting to know you are not alone. For me it also gives me an outlet. Of course like most on here I have lost all of my friends including ones I had my entire life and now I don?t want to alienate the few newer friends I have gained since leaving by continually talking about my experiences as a dub. To me this is a friendly venting arena that I hope can help me heal a bit from being a jdub.

  I think a lot of a man?s preference has to do with his age. Younger guys tend to like women a bit skinnier and as we get older we find that curves are easier to snuggle with. I am definitely a breast man first and I love naturally ample breasts that just don?t occur often with toothpick women.

  From experience, being a man with very low body fat, it just doesn?t feel good when bones are clanking against each another. With a curvaceous woman on the other hand I never have to worry about our skeletons colliding.

  Of course I could ask you women if you like thin men. I find that a lot of women want the ?big teddy bear? type.

  So women, are you attracted to thin men?

  WAKE ME UP PLEASE

  i just didn't get the quality of sleep last night i should have (nor the hours either) and today i am just dying.. .

  driving to work this morning i had to be so careful to stay awake, so as not to have an accident.. .

  and doing that for what took today an hour and 45 minutes to get here was toooooo long.. .

  No no not you Badger........... You are not allowed to think about sex while at work. You better look in to doing something about "not getting any" I hear it's bad for the prostate to go too long without.
