in this view of the center of the magnificent barred spiral galaxy ngc 1512, nasa hubble space telescopes broad spectral vision reveals the galaxy at all wavelengths from ultraviolet to infrared.
the colors (which indicate differences in light intensity) map where newly born star clusters exist in both "dusty" and "clean" regions of the galaxy.. this color-composite image was created from seven images taken with three different hubble cameras: the faint object camera (foc), the wide field and planetary camera 2 (wfpc2), and the near infrared camera and multi-object spectrometer (nicmos).. ngc 1512 is a barred spiral galaxy in the southern constellation of horologium.
located 30 million light-years away, relatively "nearby" as galaxies go, it is bright enough to be seen with amateur telescopes.
I wish I had a ship to let me travel there.

i have a friend who has had cfs for ten years.
he is on traditional treatments, but they never seem so work out.
it takes him weeks to get over a mild case of the flu.

I have a friend who has had CFS for ten years. He is on traditional treatments, but they never seem so work out. It takes him weeks to get over a mild case of the flu. He's already been to all the doctors, but they can't seem to give him his strength back. Is there anything you guys do, if you are affected by CFS? Anything unusual, or something I may not have heard of?

on this wonderful weekend, i just wonder how many jehovah's witnesses had a "family dinner" instead of thanksgiving.
i know when i belonged to dubdom, many familys would get together for a "family dinner", but don't dare call it thanksgiving.
never mind the food was the same, turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls, grape juice or wine, and pumpkin pie.
out of their minds, I know.
There's almost no difference, except for the name. Bizzarre.

there have been a few things that have happened the past couple of weeks that makes me think that the word is being spread that we are "apostate.".
first, a sister that i have known since i was a teenager, looked me dead in the eyes and did not even acknowledge me, twice in the same store.
that didn't bother me because i have never liked her.
Frenchy and Joel, not surprising. I agree with both of your statements.

i hate all jw's for making my wife upset when they send their commanders (elders) to harass my wife for not going to meetings.
i'd like to say f**k you to all people who have hurt my wife and i and continue to do so.
these f**king c***s continually try to hurt my wife because she won't kiss their asses.
Nice to see you here Jason. Stay while. I thought posting here was silly when I first found it, but it's nice to come here and talk about things once in awhile.
I agree with your point; greediness is a big part of the org, but it plays out in different ways. I see it in the hours they try to achieve. Getting hours is their type of monetary system. The more hours, the more 'spiritual bounty' they achieve. It's sickening how they can ignore their family, yet consider themselves spiritually advanced.
And to Sir Fred, I wash and wash, but I can't get good things out of my head.....maybe I'm not using Watchtower brand soap....
Have a good turkey day Freddie!
