  Yet another batch of "new light"

  i was talking to my sister yesterday, who spent the weekend with our still active parents.

  over the weekend, they all had dinner with another couple, who were sharing some of the "latest news.

  " i am getting this second hand, but my sister is excellent at remembering exactly what was said.

  i guess he must have been unrepentant because he was df'd.

  child molestors stay in good standing.

  i guess that is because only children are hurt and the whole congregation could have suffered (especially the elders) from anthrax.. http://www.stamfordadvocate.com/news/local/scn-sa-threat2oct17,0,6130576.story man gets six months for anthrax threat.

  Kingdom halls without holy spirit

  have any of you guys ever notived how many jw's complain about "other" halls not having jehovah's holy spirit?

  when i was a jw i moved a bit and was in several different halls.

  i heard of a number of halls not having jehovah's holy spirit and that in time jehovah would clear things up.

  what's the most unbelievable thing you've ever heard while you were a witness?

  one thing that stands out for me is being told that i would never go thru junior or high school because the end was right around the corner.....what about you??
