  We left (or are trying to leave) this JW scam. There are many here that share their heartlessness.

  hi, does anyone have tips on how to get a 2yo to dress herself or let me dress her in the morning when i am in a hurry & her dad has left her shoes at her grandmother's, and we are late, and my thesis is due in 3 days, without completely losing it?!!

  back in the 50's there was a world welterweight fighter from cuba named 'kid gavilin' that became one of jehovah's witnesses.

  the society wanted to get a little mileage out of his fame and have him write his life story for the 'awake' magazine, but he was too 'punch drunk' to do so.. there is a web site all about famous jw's @ www.adherents.com/largecom/fam_jw.html where you can check out many more.. outaservice (too famous to mention)

  Also, again, if your that worried, don't opt for a private account, it's voluntary.

  There really are people out there who have no clue, and we will wind up with a society full of welfare receipiants. The gap between the rich

  and the poor is getting wider. This plan will make it get wider faster (low income people making less than $8/hour). America needs to get a heart,

  and think of the poor!

  I am not poor. I own my own business, live in a well manicured house....... but I feel for those who cannot even pay for their credit card bills (most of which are for medical bills (US fact)), mind you to save money on 401k's and private accounts!

  Drawing unfair comparisions-Convention talk on Tues night

  tuesdays meeting had a part about the upcoming summer convention.

  alot of q n a about how to dress, to wear your lapel at all times, to be clean, to not eat out bec the worldly vendors would be upset that they are not allowed to sell food inside the arena, to watch your language, conduct at the motels, to walk quietly, to not be in the halls during the sessions, informal witness at every opportunity etc.

  then this man comments and says, "what other religion would clean up the arena before and after a convention?

  We brothers have to wear full suits, and suffer of the heat while the sisters complain that the air conditioning is too high. I would not dare take off my suit and draw attention!
