  beth sarim, the house in san diego rutherford had built and lived in.. from the proclaimers book, page 76,a few years after brother rutherford?s death, the board of directors of the watch tower society decided to sell beth-sarim.

  "the watchtower" of december 15, 1947, explained: "it had fully served its purpose and was now only serving as a monument quite expensive to keep; our faith in the return of the men of old time whom the king christ jesus will make princes in all the earth (not merely in california) is based, not upon that house beth-sarim, but upon god?s word of promise.

  but, did the watchtower of december 15,1947 state what was the purpose beth-sarim had fully served?.

  a sad comment regarding Jesus

  i realized, the other day, how far the wt has really gone from the original gospels.

  i was having a minor argument (again) with my mother regarding my no longer being a witness.

  she sarcastically asked me what i did believe in..was i going to go out and join those ... ... catholics?

  Talking about prayer, when I was dating my wife, my father-in-law stopped me to a

  halt when he showed that he not only prayed for breakfast, lunch, dinner, meeting, & bedtime.... but for a measely coffe & cake after a study!

  i was told by the lady that studied with me that jw are free from superstitions, etc.

  here is something that google is giving away... it is called picasa.

  it does a great job of organizing all of the pics on your computer into chronological and topical order.

  it also let's you use a few basic image editing tools such as red-eye reduction, cropping and enhancement.

  Today WT Study, and the never good enough for GOD stuff

  paragraph 8 thru 9 talked about peoples problems and how they are affecting meeting attendance & service.

  then they arrogantly quote matthew 11:28,29 if you read the pragraph they say that no matter what problem.

  we have when we go to service or meeting they vanish & our spirits are refreshed.

  My father-in-law not only said grace in morning, lunch, dinner, studies, & meetings.... But even if you had some ice cream after

  the study! I was dumfounded, We have to thank Jeh.. this many times?
