  Animal sensors/toll way

  don't trust them!!!!!

  was coming home to indiana from ohio early this morning on the toll road and a deer landed right in front of me...no time to break or swerve and a fraction of a second and amazing leaping skills saved his/her life and maybe mine!!!

  i couldn't help thinking about the fact that i'm not a speeder (hell, i even make complete stops at signs...james dean, i'm not!

  friend of mine in upstate ny got scared of hiting deer (he never had just was sure he would any minute) so he put 4 of the sensors on his car... hit a deer literaly 5 or 6 days later and totaled his car!

  Sick story when my dad was young he worked as a lumberjack in PA. He was driving his truck out of the woods in rural PA ( 35 years ago ALL of PA was rural... and I mean RURAL) anyway he hit a deer. It didn't do much damage to the truck the deer was pretty messed up though but it wasn't dead! He didnt know what to do he didn't have a gun and there was no one for MILES... he did have an axe though...

  Family of four murdered. Possible religious implications.

  a family of four was found in their nj home with their throats cut.

  the family made up of the man and wife included two young daughters.

  there are strong implications that this family was murdered over fanatical religious "disagrements" with an individual/individuals that the father had been comunicating with on an internet chat room.

  Dropping attendance and disolving congregations

  well, i came across a couple of interesting pieces of news yesterday, that i thought you would all find encouraging.

  while i was standing in line at macdonald?s yesterday morning, i ran into a couple of jws from the other side of town.

  they were up in my area because (not surprisingly) they were laying tiles at a local bar and the work had to be done on sunday morning.

  Tempers A Flare at "Quick Builds"

  have any of you noticed that when "quick built", kh.

  were being done that many tempers flared amongst brothers.

  some were vicious and cruel and rude.

  I noticed this when I did construction I was an electrician so it had to be to code the jackass elder's always new better than code and they thought it should be done the way they said and blah blah blah like gnats droning on I just kept working!

  was discussing this with one of my prof's the other day... he was lecturing about survival of the fittest and it occurred to me maybe it's survival of the meanest!

  he claimed that there were several species that were poised on the edge of becoming the next top predator when humans who seem weaker and less likely suddenly jump up and take over... it occurred to me that it may be because humans are always so pissed and ready to kill anything that moves!.

  think of it this way if a human kills a lion what happens?

  Think of it this way if a human kills a lion what happens? Nothing the human eats the lion and goes about his business in his swanky new lion skin coat! Do all the other lions plot to kill him and all his friends? No, usually not! With humans its different we have a WAY over blown revenge gene! Kill one of us and were wiping out your whole species!!!! Just thought this was interesting and may be an explanation of why humans are at the top of the heap!

  its clincial (not photo labs sids they get photos from photoaim).

  i went to the meeting today.

  i had to force myself to go.

  i entered late, sat with a friend.

  My dad is constantly trying to get me to go back to the hall yet today when I stopped by his house before the meeting my dad wasn't dressed to go! My mom was all dressed and then my dad started asking me to go play golf?... I was helping a friend wire his kitchen so I couldn't go but my dad certainly wasnt' "sick" so what was his excuse?

  My wife called me during the day and ask if my dad had gone to the meeting I said "I don't think so why" and she said "the watchtower was about drinking"... hmmm... So we (the "brother" that I was helping work on his house and I) had to run up to Lowe's which is right across from the hall and there was about HALF as many cars as there are normaly... I guess that WT hit a nerve!

  The brother that I'm helping used to be a ministerial servent... Well he was raised in the "truth" df'ed as a teenager out for 17-18 years came back and got all the way to MS then started fading and hasn't been to a meeting in probrably 6 or 7 years but goes to all the assemblies and memorial... He won't admit it might not be the truth... but he publicly hangs out with an apostate (not me I'm a closet apostate) but he won't even consider the option... makes me want to smack him!

  he would lambaste another witness who was around 18 or 19yrs old and was told in a berating fashion that his work was no good enough or that he had forgotten to do something

  It's amazing how quickly a couple good shots to the head will change someone's attitude! I used to have to kick the $hit out of someone about once a month while I was working construction... So I quit doing that and became a corrections officer... good choice right!
