  i know i'm not jwd's most popular participant but even i look at this place as a means of support sometimes.

  i just wanted to say that this morning my father died of a heart attack while in field service.. i am on my way to new mexico with my daughter.

  as some of you know i am df'd so you know how that goes when attending a jw funeral.

  just tells me that it is the Watchtower Society's greatest joy that so many of their followers (like you) do not know any history of the organization at all.

  If you stay on this and other forums long enough..........and do some other internet surfing about the religion publishing company that we were slaves of for so many years, you will have your eyes opened to one of the most controlling religious sects that ever existed.

  Ray Franz was one of the governing body.

  How long have you been a JW? Or have you ever been a JW?

  This crazy thought actually came into my somewhat thick mind when I first heard of these incidences.

  I doubt it very much though! I can't believe that a "sincere" "believing from the heart" JW would ever think of doing such a thing.

  I've met Chuck Norris when he visited my friend John Carleo (the guy who does an instructual video for Total Gym) who lives near me.

  What is your point here? I can assure you that Chuck Norris is not what he USED to portray in his earlier movies.

  HE..........and most of WE........get a little smarter as we age. Doesn't mean we know everything though! It is called maturing. Then again.........some people just get old without maturing.

  The article appeared in the Mckeesport, Pennsylvania Daily News today......Sat. Feb. 4, 2006. I was really surprised to see it there. This paper just covers a lot of communities about 12 to 16 miles south of Pittsburgh.

  The article was in the Saturday Religious section of the paper and literally took up almost half of a full page.

  Glad to see it is getting exposure in this large JW area.
