I'm sorry, but he had all the time and opportunities in the world to reconsider his actions while alive. Too many people suffered the consequences of his evil ways. I just read a story about a man who's brother was killed by saddam simply because one day in school he questioned the necessity of the Iran-Iraq war.

How would you feel if your brother was pulled out of a classroom one day and shot because he disagreed with Bush's war on terror? Maybe he wasn't shot right away either, maybe he spends a week with a car-battery clamped to his genitals?

I'm sorry, but with a monster such as him, Milosevic, and others, you have to forgoe your natural sympathies and judge this man on the entirity of his actions.

I think we're being too lenient on Saddam. I say we feed him to the lions, or burn him at the stake. Or better yet, just let him go into the street with a bunch of angy Iraqis around.

The iraqis will NEVER let him off the hook. I guess when it comes down to it SeattleNiceGuy, only an Iraqi could really know what to do with him.

If you don't believe me, then take your guitar and all your favorite John Denver songs to the palace of Kim Jong II and see if you can't get him to release political prisoners or stop threatening to nuke S.Korea. I mean, that'll work, right? OF COURSE! Bush has it all wrong, being such a cowboy.

The only thing that keeps tyrants in check is use of force, or the assumption that there could be a use of force. You can't be a wimp or be squeamish when dealing in international politics. Because no matter how we progress as a human race, there will always be people who abuse their power (insert your bush analogy here). Fundamentalist Islam was and still IS a threat to us, mainly because of the threat a free society presents to it. This goes far beyone whether or not we support Israel or not. They don't like our women wearing mini-skirts, their kids watching MTV, etc..etc...When Islam is in the hands of fundamentalists, all the extremes of the religion are multiplied ten-fold (same thing can happen to christianity, although not as severe in our modern era).

First of all, I'm not a conservative. I believe in gay-rights, freedom to abort babies, etc..etc..

And no, i don't trust anything. But i'm not in cukoo land believing any conspiracy theory that comes my way. Here's the main reason why:

Politicians, especially Bush, are too inept to pull most of these conspiracies off.

I look at the facts, i make judgements based on my own preconcieved notions on human behaviour, and come to my own conclusions.

Yes, there are people inside wal-marts and monster truck rallys that'll believe anything a republican tells them. Me, i look at all sides of an issue. All sides are pushing a distorted agenda, liberals and republicans alike. You have to look down the middle, and that's what i do.

Dude, being a homosexual can be a good thing. You'll always be surrounded by people with excess cash (no divorce or child support payments amongst gay men) who have a taste for the good life. On the downside too much sex and drugs often f*ck up healthy gay relationships. As far as God goes, you don't need him, especially the Christian concept of god. He's got an old-school-macho-man-got-a-can-of-whoop-ass-ready-for-all-you-sodomites attitude and it's a waste of time for you to worry about it.

Realize this: All religions teach the same thing and lead to the same place. Anybody who says differently is selling something (probably a Watchtower). Good religions for gays are buhddism and hinduism (yoga). Both accept Christ as a prophet and allow for homosexuality.

I love how desperate the Left is getting in this country. I think a lot of them are very upset Saddam was caught, and would rather see him come to power again rather than see him captured. What a sick thought, but it's something they, whether they want to admit it or not, support.

This is one of my all time favorite left-wing comebacks. Here's the facts:

Iran had taken over a hundred american hostages and was the breeding ground (and still is) for international terrorism. The US had two options to deal with Iran.

1. Blow them all to hell and invade their country.

2. Counter-act the growing threat by supporting a regime in the region that could keep the Iranian revolution in check and from not spilling over into the entire middle east.

Now leftist everywhere will freak out if we invade a country, right? So we can't do that of course. We would be considered imperialist. Remember Somalia? Geez, weren't we just the worst people in the world, allowing ourselves to get shot at just to give people some rice. There wasn't any oil involved as far as I know. What a bunch of imperialist we were.

That leaves us with option 2, the lesser of two evils. We supported Saddam because in the Middle East you take what you can get. He was the only option we had for dealing with Iran. Boo-hoo. That's the way it works folks. You don't want us invading countries and we can't be a bunch of isolationist, so tell me, what we're we to do?

Just because we armed him to fight Iranians didn't give him the right to kill innocent kurds and whoever else he killed. Those were things he did of his own malicious intent. My tax dollars that go towards funding my city's SWAT team units don't make me responsible for an idiot, gung ho cop who decides to shoot up an innocent person.

I would write in bullshit, funny answers, which was great until my mom made me raise my hand to answer, and instead of having real answers, i had phony ones, or worse, obscene ones.

Did anybody actually try to get their answers right?

Personally, i think there is something wrong with taking a "test" in a church environment.
