hi, im paula from wales, uk.

ive been studying for 6 years with jws.

they came at a vulnerable time, my best friend died in a car accident when she was 6 monthes pregnant, i was drinking heavily, no work due to agoraphobia, meddling with the ouija board etc....i felt they helped me, cured me if you like.

There may be times when you will wonder .... "Do the J.W.s really have the truth"?

There is a book out by Ray Franz called "Crisis of Conscience". Ray was a Governing Body member who was disassociated from the Watchtower Society after he started questioning some of their doctrine. Please get a copy and read it.

You may be able to order it from your local library, or a book store. I think a web site called "Freeminds" can get it for you, also. Once you read this book, you'll be absolutely positive that the Watchtower is not God's organization. Ray does not bash the Watchtower Society in his books. He just writes the truth about them in a gentle way.

This is why I posted this thread. I would have liked to be a fly on the wall when this kid was interogatted. It's too bad it happened, but he probably figured he had nowwhere to turn for help. Very sad.

I realize they weren't J.W.'s, but notice the similarities?

Home schooled....I know that isn't a factor in the killing, so I don't mean to offend anyone who does this, but just to point out many J.W. kids are home schooled, or their parents would like them to be.

Father is an "Elder".

Kid worked mikes and handed out flyers, etc. It just sounds like the "church" is a branch off of the W.T. tree.....to me, anyway.
